"Très bon accueil, et très bon hôtel. Toutefois, l’hôtel est équipé d’une borne de commande de restauration afin de fournir 1 service complet. Les cartes proposées, des différents restaurants, ne sont pas à jour, donc vous commandez des choses qui sont remplacés à votre insu, et les prix ne sont pas modifiés. J’ai commandé pour 32 €, on m’a Livré pour 24 € sans remboursement car les choses commandées n’était plus d’actualité Depuis plusieurs années, d’après le restaurant. Impossible d’obtenir une facture auprès du service. Ces bornes présente dans ces hôtels, dont celui-ci, sont d’une fonctionnalité inacceptable et défaillantes."

"Most of the staff don't speak English, but they treat their guests kindly. Even if I didn't speak well, I helped me hard to solve my problem. There is a microwave on the 0th floor, so you can buy a simple meal and solve the meal yourself, and there was a bakery and a Chinese restaurant right opposite. Within 5 minutes walk, there are shops, fruit shops, supermarkets, pharmacies that can buy Navigo traffic cards! The accommodation and elevator are narrow but the price is cheaper than other hotels, so it's okay if you stay short!"

There is a street park with a lawn 200 meters from the intersection. Children play football, and the hotel is very close to the Metro Line 9 station. Travel is very convenient. "We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and were very happy during our stay. The room was very clean and very well equipped. The bath room and air condition worked perfectly. The bed rooms were very nice and we could have a very good sleep. It's was an amazing hotel with very reasonable price. The staff was very polite and helpful. When we checked out and came back to Thailand, we found that my daughter had left a brand-new MIU MIU wallet which is very expensive in the hotel safe. We called to the hotel and finally the front lady could help to get the wallet and return it to us by mail. We truly appreciate her help and would like to thank her otherwise the wallet would be lost and my daughter would be very sad. If possible, we would return to stay there again. Thank you very much."
