"It's great. Fortunately, I booked this hotel during my trip to Switzerland. The location, scenery and facilities are very satisfactory. There is a swimming pool, a children's play area, a sauna, and a good breakfast. The front desk service is very enthusiastic and cost-effective. I strongly recommend booking this hotel. Get off at Interlaken West Station and turn left to reach the 101 bus station. There is no problem with large luggage and you can sit directly at the hotel entrance. It's really great. It is recommended to take the cable car to the nearby small peaks. The scenery is unbeatable and better than the Jungfrau. I will stay here again and recommend it to all my friends."

"The hotel is located on the shore of the beautiful Lake Tus, and every shot is a beautiful view. The transportation is very convenient, and the train, bus, and ferry are all within walking distance. The hotel has complete facilities, clean and tidy, the breakfast is very rich, and the front desk service is thoughtful and very enthusiastic. It changed my impression of other Swiss people. I hope that all Swiss people are like the front desk staff. It is worth recommending."

"The room was very satisfactory. We booked a triple room on the top floor with a bed for each person. It also had a fully equipped kitchen and a small refrigerator. Vlad was very enthusiastic. We discussed in advance to store our luggage to go to the first mountain, which was very convenient for us. The hotel window can directly see the snow-capped mountains opposite. The weather is good and the view is better when you go out in the morning. He also provided us with a lot of travel guides, which was very good compared to the recommendations on Xiaohongshu. In general, Vlad is a very good person and will book this hotel next time."

"Location was amazing, I’m super happy I had room with mountains and lake view. People working there was friendly, a bit cold in room but it’s alright. Bed and bedding was super comfortable, I slept like a baby in clouds. Amazing building. I’m in love with this place. Looks like from fairytale"

"I don't know if it was because of the high expectations from the Chinese media about Spitz that the actual impression was quite average, or maybe it was because the weather was bad for a few nights. The room was pretty good except that it was small. The view for breakfast was good, but it was a bit difficult to sit by the window if there were not four of us. The garden was great, and the various plants and fruits were very healing to see. I even picked up an apple that fell on the ground, and I still remember how sweet it tasted."

"The location of the hotel was great and the staff were very welcoming, but for some reason I had very little water pressure in the shower that night and the hotel forgot to provide me with shower gel.The toilet was flushing all night and I don't know why, but the hotel compensated me for breakfast the next day.Hopefully they will improve on these issues next time."
