It's perfect for a deep dive into the botanical garden. During the summer, I saw groups of middle school students doing activities. It's less crowded in the early morning and late evening, which makes for a better park experience."

"During the off-season, the hotel was incredibly quiet, I barely saw anyone all day. The hotel is small but beautiful, with lovely greenery and aesthetically pleasing decor. While it's clear the hotel has been around for a while and some areas are showing their age, for the off-season price, it's still unbeatable value for money. Overall it was great, but there are a few areas that could be improved: 1. The public restrooms. It's excellent that they provide hand towels after washing your hands, but the lighting is dim, and the labels on the hand soap and lotion bottles next to the sink are very hard to read; you have to get very close to see them. 2. The pool. They could definitely provide towels by the pool. 3. The food. This was quite disappointing. Breakfast wasn't particularly outstanding (especially the dessert section), and the complimentary afternoon tea was truly awful. You could tell immediately it was frozen instant food that had just been taken out and not fully thawed – everything was soft and mushy on the outside but hard on the inside. Also, I don't think the hotel's fruit selection was good; it was all bland and tasteless, which I think is unacceptable. Despite these points, let me highlight the biggest positive: the service. The hotel's service rivals that of some luxury hotels. Staff always smiled and greeted guests, responded very quickly to requests, and the shuttle service was available on demand. There was also turn-down service, with rooms cleaned twice daily, morning and evening, and even guests' clothes neatly arranged. Another plus is that the hotel's back entrance is close to the botanical garden, which is perfect for those who want to visit at night or early in the morning to avoid crowds. It's also ideal for spending one day near the Wangtianshu Scenic Area and then just relaxing at the hotel for the rest of the time. I had a wonderful weekend here."

"The hotel is quite new, and the rooms are clean and tidy. It has its own parking lot, which is very convenient. The staff were all very warm and friendly. They helped us book a package deal for the Wangtianshu Scenic Area, which was cheaper than buying it ourselves, and we also received welcome cold drinks."

"I rarely write reviews, firstly because I'm lazy, and secondly because I consider myself easygoing and I won't write anything that's just passable. But this time, it completely ruined my first experience in Xishuangbanna. First, the pros: quiet, spacious rooms, and the receptionist was very patient! The cons: far away. It was advertised as being near a certain gate of the Wangtianshu Scenic Area, but it turned out to be nearly 20 kilometers of desolate rural roads. I immediately thought it was a typical poverty alleviation project, but I endured it and drove to our destination because of that. We were then scattered to various villagers' homes for accommodation. The receptionist patiently accompanied us, but we were exhausted from driving for so long. Then, in the middle of nowhere, we could only order food at the front desk. I won't go into the unpleasantness of that. Next, the toilet felt like a secondhand find – the seat was yellowed and worn in places – an indescribable feeling! The most unbearable thing was the hot water. Someone had already showered, and when I went back, there was no hot water left, and the flow was pitifully weak. There was a hot water dispenser nearby with only two holes, and by the time I finished showering, my nose was already stuffy! The two photos above show the road to the hotel; it's desolate, but it's definitely a quiet place to sleep! This poverty alleviation project wouldn't have been able to continue without leveraging Xishuangbanna's tourism resources."
