"The room environment is great, the twin room has a small balcony, and there's also a pool with a lovely view. Breakfast is very rich, with a good variety of 'Western' style food, and the rice noodles are fragrant and delicious. The restaurant staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. The hygiene is clean and tidy, and the room service is prompt. I'd suggest more training for the front desk staff; it takes a long time to get information from them, and their answers often beat around the bush and miss the main point, making communication a bit difficult. The shuttle service is very convenient; a quick phone call in advance and they'll pick you up promptly."

"It's a very nice hotel. The scenery at the entrance is nice. It's also very close to the Starlight Night Market. It takes about 10 minutes to get there by taxi. The breakfast in the hotel is also very good. I'll come here again next time."
