"The owners are incredibly friendly. The owner is a professional bird photographer, and the clientele here is quite specific, mostly focused on bird photography or painting. Every evening, he'd sit at the guesthouse entrance, sharing the day's photographic captures with guests. And the moment he'd hear a bird call, he'd grab a flashlight and enthusiastically lead us out to find nocturnal owls! ๐๐๐
The location is superb! It felt like we were practically staying *in* the botanical garden; incredibly convenient, like having it as our own backyard! Excellent value for money, I highly recommend this place! ๐ค"

"We had a special offer room right by the elevator, but we really loved it. The tatami room was a little small, but the kids loved it. Xiaodu Xiaodu smart voice-activated windows, air conditioning, and light switches, and the projector was a delight for watching TV. The bathroom, though a little cramped, was clean and pleasant. There was a subtle fragrance upon entering, and they later added aromatherapy diffusers hidden in the corner. The attention to detail was spotless. My only regret was that there was no place to dry clothes despite the bright sunshine on the windowsill. The clothes hanging area in the entrance area was also air-conditioned, but I loved it. I'd definitely stay again if I had the chance."

"I went there around the Spring Festival, planning to visit Wangtianshu Temple and then take the high-speed rail to Kunming. This hotel was surprisingly the best I'd booked on this trip. The location was also great. The room was very modern. There were plenty of things to do nearby. There was free drop-off at the station, and the staff helped me call a Didi taxi, which was quite convenient."

GGuest UserThe hotel is located by the Nanla River. It seems to be a new business district that has just begun to attract investment. It is not far from the Starlight Night Market. The hotel is newly opened, all facilities are very new, parking at the door is convenient, the room is clean, the breakfast tastes good, the boss is very enthusiastic, he gave us a lot of introduction to surrounding tourism, and also gave us particularly delicious fruits, thank you! __WeChat318724****There was no dedicated butler. This is the first five-star hotel I've stayed at without a butler to assist with check-in. They asked me about my estimated check-in time the day before, but even though the staff told me the occupancy rate was only 50-60%, I was only informed I could check in at 2:58 PM. I arrived before 12 PM and waited almost three hours to get into my room. I went to the recreation center, and absolutely no one paid attention to us. I couldn't find any staff members at all. The advertised craft activities just consisted of a few kids playing by themselves. This was the loosest service I've experienced at any Anantara hotel. I chose this hotel specifically for my children, expecting many activities, but after checking the recreation center, there was nothing there, not even a kids' club. We ended up not doing anything.

When we arrived at the hotel to check in, the boss saw that we took the children. I was afraid that the children would fall off at night and upgrade the room directly for us. The upgraded room has a small sofa, which just can prevent this risk. Thank you very much.
The hotel is very clean as a whole. The slippers are disinfected and packed in bags. There are also disposable slippers. The biggest highlight is that the whole hotel is a smart hotel. I saw the hotel before and said that the manhole cover outside was too noisy. When I checked out, I asked the boss to live very quietly. I didnโt hear the sound of the manhole cover. The boss said that after seeing the customerโs feedback, they bought a rubber mat for the manhole cover.
The boss and the couple are in charge of running the hotel themselves. They do everything by themselves, paying special attention to user experience, and it is difficult to think about bad business.
The hotel also put aromatherapy in the toilet and elevator. It is the faint fragrance. We all took pictures and bought it online. Anyway, I am very satisfied with the 24 hours of staying. It is not a trust. You can rest assured. Thank you boss for giving us a good memory of this trip to Mengla! !

It is very convenient for day and night tours. Shopping nearby is convenient. The overall hardware facilities are clean, tidy and easy to use. The waiter has a good attitude and communicates well. Breakfast is not much, home-cooked, suitable for dining on the go. Thank you for sending me a breakfast. The price/performance ratio is poor, a double room is a bit expensive at 600 yuan. The executive suite is too expensive at 1,200 yuan per room. Apart from being bigger, there is nothing special about it, so I donโt recommend it.

The newly renovated room has a great texture, the facilities are brand new and odorless, and there is a sense of exquisiteness everywhere. Next, the front desk service was exceptional. Upon our arrival, the hotel owner personally helped us with our luggage, and the front desk staff were very professional. The check-in process was smooth and seamless.
The breakfast was quite good too. For a hotel located near the botanical garden, it offered a surprisingly substantial spread.
Finally, we mistakenly booked a room without a window. When we inquired about switching rooms, the hotel generously offered us a complimentary upgrade.
Overall, if you're planning a trip to the botanical garden and intend to stay overnight, this hotel is definitely worth considering.
