"Initially, we were given a room on the 2nd floor. It was spacious but facing the main busy road so it was very noisy. The room was clean but not really presentable looking especially the very basic cemented flooring with marks of repair still there. I am 67 yrs old, my partner is 83. We won't be able to sleep for sure, with the noise coming from the passing vehicles all day and night so i requested that we be transferred to another room. We were transferred to the 3rd floor very quickly- a tiny room but much more clean looking and quiet. I was satisfied The location of the hotel is perfect - a jeepney ride away to the venue of our reunion. Close to the city hall, cross the street and there's Jollibee, Chowking, Watson's and many other eateries. Staff named Joel was very helpful assisting me and answering my queries."

"The apartment needs to go through the access control, go up to the 8th floor, and then go to the 43rd floor. The overall is safer. The ground floor is a smdc shopping mall, with supermarkets and some fast food, which is more convenient, and there is a boni MRT station. The room is a bit small, the sparrow is small and complete. This price is already very good. Suitable for small companies to travel for a few days."

"All good except the TV as it play&pause intermittently the whole time we stayed at the hotel. We called the Frontdesk staff and she said she’ll ask housekeeping to check but nobody came in until we check out. Poor service!!! "
