Fantastic! Loved it.. This hotel will be my choice whenever I want to stay in Manchester.. The room is big, beds are very comfy. The breakfast has a very wide selection of options, they literally put everything in there

A really great experience. Overall, both the location and facilities were excellent, offering good value for money. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Manchester. It's super close to the city center and easily walkable.

Very close to the tram and the picadilly station. Nice and friendly staffs, very clean and good lookings. Highly recommend.

Location was great close to city centre and tram station short walk away with easy access to Co-Op Live for our concert. Minor complaint that room was very dark with small window - limited view despite being on 8th Floor.

Great hotel. Well located and close to the main areas of Manchester such as northern quarter, Picadilly, canal street, Deans street etc. the train street is 7 mins walk and the road there is good to wheel suitcases

Hotel as expected. Clean and convenient. Room had everything we needed. We visited the wellness gym but our card didn’t work so not sure if this is an extra? Only downside was breakfast was very busy, had to wait for a table and they had run out of food items. I ordered a poached egg and waited so long I went for my breakfast and finished it before my egg arrived! Good selection of food if everything had been topped up! Not enough staff on though to cater for numbers waiting for breakfast….however this wouldn’t stop me staying again! Overall a pleasant stay :)

1. We normally check out 11am? But the cleaner man knocked the door at 1030am. He is polite but it's really feeling bad as it seems push us to leave asap. I think it need to be improved. 2. The room is clean, but the blanket and the pillow very dirty. 3. It's very silent room and close to the train station. You can walk to the station and take the free bus travel around the center. 4. The price is very good price to stay in Manchester. I will choose to stay here again if I visited Manchester again. 5. The hotel is also a bit close to the bars. But the roads not dangerous. It's seems safe.

The staff was very nice, the location was great The room was good, the window on the 9th floor was quite small and did not open, and the bathroom did not have proper water run-off and the water just pooled in the corner of the room The young man at the bar was extremely nice

Highly Recommended. It's one of the best hotels and it would be my preferred hotel when visiting Manchester. The room is clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly. The hotel is located approximately 7 mins walk away from Manchester Piccadilly Station.

Check In was super easy! We were greeted warmly on arrival and asked before giving us the 8th floor to stay. The staff were always smiling and helpful. On our last day after check out, we were able to leave our bags in luggage check before leaving for the train station again later on in the day. Great location, very close to the Mall, the train station and various breakfast spots just a short walk.
