5 stars is not nearly enough. What an amazing luxury experience. From start to finish, every single detail is carefully thought out. Gorgeous location and views of the stratovolcano, immaculate facility and accommodation, incredible meal, and absolute 5 star service at every possible step.

The service and ambience is superb. But is very far away from this hirafu so you will need their shuttle or rent a car. There is no microwave in room or public area, but you can ask them to microwave for you if u r hungry at night.

The rooms are very spacious and tidy, love the Onsen spa very much, it’s so relaxing after skiing. Everyday the meal was served with different assorted dishes and they were super yummy. The washing machine with dryer function is a big plus as well. Will definitely come back again!
