Response from Property: We are truly sorry. Due to a wildfire that broke out in the ancient town the day before, ashes were scattered throughout the town. We had already implemented an emergency plan and cleaned the room before your arrival. We also informed the front desk that you could be offered a room downstairs. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this natural disaster.

Response from Property: We are truly sorry to hear this woman's negative review! As one of Guizhou's top ten B&Bs, operating for five years, we have clean, tidy rooms and warm, attentive service. However, we are powerless to change the current state of this 5A scenic area, such as the ancient town's cobblestone streets, pedestrian streets, and the geographical location of the parking lot. We apologize that these historical relics have not provided you with a sense of pristine authenticity, but instead have become a nuisance. We can only say that our style may not be suitable for those of you living in a big city. We do not wish to comment further on your rudeness, disrespect, malicious slander, and defamation towards our staff's dedicated service. Guizhou is developing, and so will we!
