Response from Property: Dear Guest, Hello, thank you very much for your 5-star review! Jiangmen Flower Season Hotel is a super -star boutique business hotel, with a room area of 55 square meters. The air conditioning system is a Daikin brand central air conditioner, and the is equipped according to the standards of a 5-star hotel. The toilet is a well-known brand. The bathroom is about 10 square meters, with separate and wet areas, and has an independent washing room, shower room, and toilet. On one side of the lobby, there is an LG brand washing and drying. We are surprised by your feedback that it took 4 hours to dry your clothes. After seeing your review, we immediately contacted the supplier of the LG washing and reported the situation to him. The supplier said: It may be related to the drying mode you selected. In general, if you choose the normal strong mode it takes about 60-90 minutes to dry shirts and thin coats, and about 3 hours and 10 minutes for large items such as coats.
