The lobby and front yard of the hotel are comfortable and pleasing to the eye, and the facilities in the room are good and nice. However, there is a mistake that makes it less comfortable, either only in room 1010 or there are still many rooms where the water heater is not functioning properly or there has not been a water heater. As a customer, we suggest that the procurement or maintenance of the water heater be considered, especially in the rainy season such as December"
