It is a world-class business and lifestyle center in the heart of Bangkok. It is 216 meters high and has 260 rooms in total. The Ritz-Carlton, Bangkok comes in a Thai Noble House design. It will take us back to the 1800s on Wireless Road, which was full of mansions of the wealthy and embassies. As a result, most of the design combines Western and Eastern styles through the facade, floor patterns, and art pieces from Thai and international artists. The first area of ​​the hotel is a reception hall before taking guests up the elevator to the lobby. The first image we see is a lotus pond inspired by the image of the Sra Pathum Palace. This hotel is truly exceptional, and I can only express it as the best. I visited the hotel to celebrate an anniversary, and they made an incredible first impression with delicious tarts and stunning decorations. The excellent and friendly service from the culturalists, along with immediate and fast responses via messenger, made my stay incredibly convenient. I'm also very grateful for the late checkout on my last day due to my evening flight. I believe I'll visit this hotel again soon.

Facility is new and surprise they even provide the yoga mat in the room. Variety of options for breakfast. Gym equipment is new and gym room is not so crowded during day time. Sauna and steam room is located inside toilet.

The room I stayed in is the Panda Room, which is very cute, and my two children are absolutely delighted. I always stay at this hotel when I come to Bangkok.”

The Peninsula Hotel is simply amazing! The experience has been superb since the moment of check-in. The room is extremely nice, with shiny and smooth floors. Even though the hotel has a long history, it still looks brand new. The staff in the restaurant are all very attentive and friendly, making us feel extremely welcome. I must give a special mention to Mr. KaiSong. He has arranged everything perfectly. From the check-in process to handling all the details, one can feel his dedication. Staying here is really a great pleasure, as if all problems have been taken care of flawlessly. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I come to Bangkok next time!

It was one if the best hotels I ever book! the catered to my family. I have a 14 month old toddler and theey have so mamy amenities for kids. Our check in was smooth ssince we arrived at 9pm. We did check in the room so easier for my toddler. They provided bath tub, anti slip mat, water steriliser annd toothbrush for my toddler. The bts is also very near which is ploenchit. The housekeeper cleaned our room on time. I would like to thank theeir whatsapo messages, their housekeper, Vie and the bell boys who helped us with our luggage annd always smiling to my toddler annd entertaining him while we book grab. Thanks for being the best hotel 😀

Everything was perfect. Beautiful rooms, lovely bed, professional service, delicious breakfast. A small minus: maybe more beds at the swimmingpool

Excellent room with amazing city view in the heart of the city, tho you might find it also the heart of traffic jam if you are a Grab-user, otherwise it is accessible from BTS. All staff is friendly and helpful, extra credit goes to the house keeping team that setting the room in perfect condition. If you are a light sleeper, you will find the mini bar refrigerator annoying. Amenities are Le Labo that give you a relaxing and oriental smell all day. Breakfast is just a life saver, since the shopping mall down stairs open at 10 and leave you no other choice nearby.

Clean, spacious, good location, amazing breakfast and breakfast team. Check out reception staff attitude could have been more genuine.
