Stayed at VELA Dhi GLOW Pratunam for 5 nights during my Bangkok trip.
The biggest advantage of this hotel is definitely the location. It is very close to Platinum Fashion Mall, and Pratunam Market is just behind the hotel, so it’s really convenient if shopping is part of your Bangkok trip. There are also plenty of food options around the area

One thing to know before coming: the hotel lobby is on Level 7. The building itself is quite interesting because it’s not only a hotel. B1 is the parking area, Levels 1–2 have fashion shops, mostly women’s clothing, Levels 3–5 are mainly fabric shops, and Level 6 has a food court and massage shops. Then you go up to Level 7 for the hotel lobby.
Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was good as well. One day before going out, I left 100 baht as a tip and asked if they could make something with the towels when making up our room. When we came back, we found two cute towel elephants waiting on our beds 😂 Nice little touch and we really appreciated the effort.
Breakfast is quite average, so personally I think you can also explore the many food options nearby. If you prefer to have breakfast at the hotel, there is a useful tip: purchase the breakfast coupon one day earlier. It’s cheaper than buying it on the same morning.
Overall, I would choose this hotel mainly for its location, convenience and comfortable room.
Very suitable if you are coming to Bangkok for shopping, especially around the Pratunam area. I would consider staying here again.
