"We stayed in a cozy single room with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. In the morning, a delicious buffet breakfast awaited us with a large selection of fresh rolls, soft cheeses, deli meats, yoghurts, muesli, fruits and nuts. There were also hot dishes - omelettes, cutlets, sausages, bacon, and the breakfast was complemented by freshly brewed coffee, aromatic tea and natural juices. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is located in a quiet and cozy place. Just a seven-minute walk away is the Danube embankment, where it is pleasant to stroll, and if you go the other way, then in just five minutes you can find yourself in the very center of Deggendorf. We came to the Christmas market, and it was simply magnificent! Many bright impressions, it was a great vacation."

"A minibar with free drinks, I had never and did like it! A huge TV, the bed was big and cozy, only the head kit for my taste too thick. Bicycle could be uncomplicated and safely set. Very clean!  Moderna style attractive bathroom, however, the shower is very sharp and the water runs unhindered into the black area before the washing basin. Sick, but not meaningfully designed."

PPhoebeI stayed at Hotel Schloss Ort prior to a cruise in the winter. It was a gorgeous hotel! So beautiful to stay in and with friendly staff. There isn't much space for a car, which was not an issue for me. The view was absolutely stunning. I did have breakfast at the hotel, which was an additional cost. It was mainly cold cuts, bread rolls, eggs, cereal, yoghurt, and cheeses. It was convenient as other restaurants were about a 20-minute walk away. There was a nice steakhouse nearby and a pizza shop not too far away. It does have an elevator as well, which was helpful for the luggage. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The only improvement would be a kettle in the room, but I believe tea and coffee could be had downstairs in the dining room.

GGuest UserWe booked and paid for two twin rooms via trip.com. On site, the lady at reception could only find a booking for one or four-bed rooms. After showing the booking email, which clearly showed that we had booked two twin rooms, the lady at reception was extremely reluctant to select two twin rooms for us. There are obviously major problems with the access system to the rooms. As we were standing at reception, a guest came and said that the card for the room was not working. When we wanted to check into our room, our card for the room was not working either.

TThe John SmithArrived for check in at 4pm but the place was closed til 5pm.
Was advertised with a sauna but it wasn't available.
We were just told ”No its not available”, without any further discussion as to why not.
Not sure if these are the fault of Trip.com or the Hotel but either way, they were 2 of the reasons we chose this place so falsely advertised.

🌟The hotel facilities are relatively old, and they arrived late. There was a staff member at the door who gave us the key. It’s the traditional key [笑哭]
🌟The room is relatively simple, the room is not small, the bed 🛏️ is relatively large in Europe, and it is also ok, the bathroom is relatively simple
🌟Anyway, it’s just to take a nap, and leave early if you arrive late, and make do for one night~

Hherbert leonhardtWe didn't recieved any verification code about the key, we try to call the number posted but not working, we try to call the other number that shows in front of the hotel but it took time for them for answering the phone. We waited 30 minutes outside the hotel, freezing.. Quite disappointed because we're so tired with our 24 hrs flight from Philippines.. 😭😭😭

GGuest UserBreakfast was very moderate ... Mostly fat and there was no choice of bread types. The bathroom was very dirty and in the washboard was water in the previous people ... sheets were standing and clearly not washed ... Think that the bed was made alone.
I know this hotel a few years ago and was then a very good hotel with excellent breakfast ... would no longer be
