My hotel stay was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I checked in, the reception staff were incredibly lovely, friendly, and eager to assist. They made the entire check-in process smooth and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade from a small room to a much bigger one, which was truly amazing. When I got to the room, it was beautiful—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. To top it off, there was a basket filled with fruits, snacks, and drinks waiting for me, which was such a thoughtful touch. The following morning, I was even given extra water, fruits, and snacks. I honestly wasn’t expecting any of this, and I truly appreciated the kindness and generosity. I will definitely be coming back and will be recommending this hotel to all my friends visiting the city. Thank you so much for such an incredible experience!

Leaving the hotel with a heavy heart, this marks my third stay at Mr. Du Hotel. Each visit brings a new story. On my last stay, I accidentally left an item of clothing behind. This time, shortly after I checked in, Sister Yu from the 12th floor promptly returned it to me, delivering it right to my room. I understood then that it wasn't just about a piece of clothing; it reflected the thoughtful dedication and effort of all the hotel staff. It genuinely warmed my heart, truly touched me. A simple 'thank you' felt utterly inadequate. Then there's a second story: Today, I had an early start, needing to leave for Beijing at 6:00 AM, but breakfast officially begins at 7:00 AM. I mentioned this to the restaurant server, who said she would check with her supervisor. The next day, when I checked out at 6:00 AM, the kind lady at the front desk handed me a breakfast box. Due to the tight schedule, I didn't get a chance to ask for the name of the server in the restaurant. This time, a 'thank you' simply doesn't convey my immense gratitude. My deepest respect goes out to the staff, and kudos to Mr. Du Hotel. Through your actions, you truly embody and exemplify what 'service awareness' and the 'true essence of service' are all about.

The last time I stayed at Linyi Hotel was in the early winter two years ago, and I stayed again in the late spring this year. The ladies in charge of the reception at the hotel front desk were warm and thoughtful, dedicated and professional, and the service level was very high. The old store of Linyi Hotel is the Vientiane Hui store of the railway station where I stayed. It is located in the bustling area of Linyi Old Town. There are many restaurants and shops around, and the transportation is very convenient. Personally, Linyi Hotel is the best choice for Linyi travel.

The bedding was comfortable, though the pillows were a bit soft. The front desk staff were friendly and very responsive. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and tasted delicious. This was first stay at hoiiday inn express in Linyi. Hotel was fully booked due to october holiday. Staff is very friendly annd rooms are ok. Amaneties in room are scarce and they should include coffee bags, not only tea. Breakfast was not the usual holidday in standard but ok for one night stay.

Every staff member was very polite. The room was very clean. It was 5 minutes walk from the train station. It was too convenient to get on and off the train.
