We have a special requests for baby’s food and baby’s arrangements in the room, stuff was very helpful and nice. Special thanks to culturist manager Andrei, he was doing all the arrangements for us from check in to check out, was replying immediately on the messages. High end service. The sand on the beach is very fine and very clean. The children also like it and play for a long time. After talking about the hardware advantages, some shortcomings are also mentioned. Maybe because it is a new hotel, some staff members lack experience. First, on the day we arrived, there were obviously not many guests, but there was no staff at the door to help take the suitcases off the car and lead the way to the front desk to check in, which is very inconvenient for guests who come to the store for the first time. But the good thing is that after I reported this situation to the hotel front desk, the housekeeper and the manager came to the door quickly, sincerely apologized and gave the children a blind box of hotel puppy toys, and subsequent observations showed that the reception at the gate has indeed improved significantly. There are two small things. One is that the internal route design of the hotel is quite complicated. We walked to Daigo Restaurant at night. In fact, we were almost there. But when we asked a staff member on the road, he told us that the road was complicated and difficult to find. He contacted us to go back to the lobby and then called a battery car to take us there. As a result, we waited for a long time to get on the battery car, and went around a long circle and returned to our previous location. Another thing is that when we had breakfast on the last day, the staff member who swiped the card actually said that there was only one breakfast. We had clearly used the double breakfast for 2 consecutive days, so how could there be only one on the last day? As a result, another staff member next to us pulled up the machine and the second breakfast was displayed. Overall, the flaws are not enough to cover the merits. The attitude of the staff is good. Several times they took us directly to the place we wanted to go. Another thing I want to say is that the housekeeper Vicky's service is very thoughtful. Contact in advance before check-in, all kinds of details during the stay, and reply and solve problems as soon as possible, which also left us with a very good experience this time!

Every corner of the hotel is great for taking photos, and you can enjoy the tranquility of the private beach. The room is very comfortable and spacious, with an extra large bed. It will not be crowded for a family of four. It is mainly clean and suitable for family travel. The experience of staying here was very good!

The hotel is very clean. The photographer was very considerate and arranged for us. I have to mention that he is the best photographer among all the photos I took in Hainan. He taught us a lot of movements, and the success rate of the photos is very high. He is also very patient. We were going to take the photos by ourselves, but the photographer said we would not rent a car. He took us on a small electric donkey. He was very friendly and awesome. I will definitely ask him to take photos next time I come.
