We were upgraded to a luxury sea-view room upon arrival. The room was incredibly spacious, offering a fantastic view of the sea and even the Freedom Lighthouse. Breakfast was rather average. However, it's still a great choice for those traveling with kids. The hotel offers a wide selection of very clean pools, making it perfect for families.

The Wyndham Grand Clear Water Bay was, without a doubt, the most comfortable hotel our family stayed at during our trip to Hainan. The hotel's facilities were excellent, and we particularly appreciated the thoughtful provision of amenities for children. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The kids' play areas were outstanding; both the children's water park and the indoor soft play area were larger and better equipped than what you'd find at many other hotels. The water world and pools for adults were also fantastic, ensuring everyone had a great time. Lingshui's beaches truly are superior to Sanya's; after experiencing Lingshui, the sand at Yalong Bay felt surprisingly coarse underfoot. Within about two kilometers of the hotel, there's a food court and a night market, where prices are generally quite reasonable. Overall, it was a highly satisfying experience, and we would definitely choose to stay here again if we visit Lingshui in the future.

The sofa in our room was incredibly dirty and grimy. Hotel breakfast service finished promptly at 10:30 AM, with hardly any food left, and what we had tasted quite unappetizing. Even though early September should typically be the off-season, the restaurant was absolutely packed at 10 AM, with not a single seat to be found. The beach isn't private to the hotel; the sunshades on the sand are managed by an outside vendor and cost 138 RMB for a two-hour minimum rental. The playground, while large, had many damaged facilities. Additionally, the environment wasn't great – it was poorly ventilated and felt quite stuffy.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. Visiting during the off-peak season made the experience even better. The hotel service was exceptional, and it's located very close to the sea. There are so many facilities for kids! We stayed in a Premium Sea View room and found it to be excellent value for money. The hotel also offers an island-style photoshoot service, which was a great bonus for families who aren't good at photography, helping them capture beautiful memories. Highly recommend Vebos! 👍👍

The staff member who assisted us was incredibly helpful and even kindly upgraded us to a suite. The ocean view from our room was truly breathtaking, simply unparalleled. The beach sand was exceptionally fine; having visited Shimei Bay, I can confidently say it's noticeably finer here. However, the beach maintenance seemed neglected; I'd highly recommend better upkeep. On the positive side, the hotel boasts a comprehensive range of family-friendly facilities, with everything imaginable to keep children entertained and happy. The biggest disappointment, however, was the somewhat subpar service. For instance, I was quite surprised to see bellhops standing around chatting and joking instead of assisting guests with their luggage. It truly made me wonder if they were untrained student staff.

I'd seen some less-than-stellar reviews online before checking in, but after just one night, I understood why opinions are so polarized: it seems they offer 'differentiated treatment'. Initially, I was waiting in the main lobby for check-in, but then I was escorted to an adjacent, VIP-style area. It was definitely quiet and air-conditioned, and the check-in process was very swift. It turns out that pool room guests receive superior service. When I first entered the hotel, it was bustling with all sorts of guests, many of whom were probably there for the 4000-square-meter kids' water park. Despite having a pool room, we actually ended up avoiding the public areas because it was simply too sunny, and our child was uncomfortable with the heat. Our pool room was on the first floor, and it was quite convenient as the food delivery drop-off point was just a left turn outside our door. However, there was a noticeable musty smell in the hotel's restaurant and elevators. The kids' club was very large and clean, offering plenty of entertainment, but some of the activities felt a bit half-hearted. Our butler was very responsive to our requests; they brought plenty of plastic hangers for drying clothes, and the bed rail was delivered immediately upon request. The bed in the pool room was also very comfortable. I was quite satisfied with these aspects. Right after dropping off our luggage, we headed to the all-you-can-eat beef buffet. Perhaps we went early, as it wasn't crowded, and there was pleasant live music. The food itself was of a moderate standard – plenty of variety, but the quality was just average. For over 200 RMB per person, it was acceptable. There are plenty of dining options available around the kids' club, so you definitely won't go hungry. My final recommendation is that if the hotel can more clearly delineate and differentiate its zones or services, allowing higher-paying guests to consistently experience a superior level of service, then I would consider the pool room to be truly worth the money.

Overall, the hotel excelled in every aspect, from its ambiance and facilities to the excellent service provided by our butler, Winnie.

We booked a sea-view room, and as soon as you opened the door, you could see the endless ocean stretching into the distance. The hotel is right on the beach, which was a huge plus. Overall, it was a decent stay. The only minor inconvenience was on our check-in night; there were a few unidentified small flying insects, likely due to the seaside location, but they weren't present for the remaining two nights. The cleaning staff were quite diligent, and it offered good value for money. I'd happily stay here again given the chance!

The rooms are beautiful and exquisitely designed, feeling both modern and grand, making it a more compelling choice than some major chain hotels. The service is exceptional; our butler proactively checked in daily to see if we needed anything, and all the staff always greeted us warmly. What's truly commendable is that if you're unable to pick up takeout yourself, the staff will even deliver it to your room! The breakfast restaurant is very spacious. To accommodate a large number of guests, they cleverly converted the adjacent banquet hall into an additional dining area, effectively preventing long queues and waiting times – a thoughtful touch! The only minor drawback is the considerable walk from the hotel lobby to the main entrance. Taxis or private cars cannot access the hotel entrance directly, so guests have to cover this distance on foot. However, the hotel's location is excellent for exploring, as both the beach and Liberty Lighthouse are within easy walking distance.

We booked two rooms, and one of them came with a small private pool, which the kids absolutely adored and were thrilled about. Service: True to Wipers' reputation, the service was truly top-notch. Setting: Every spot, including the rooms, was incredibly picturesque – perfect for photos! I just totally forgot to snap any, haha. Oh, and the hotel's rooftop pool was fantastic too, along with the downstairs kids' play area. The little ones had an absolute blast at both! They even insisted on coming back next time!!! Highly, highly recommend!!!

Upon arrival, the hotel lobby was a bit chaotic and warm, and the room didn't quite meet my child's expectations. We had booked a pool room for three days, but my child constantly complained that the private pool was too small. After I provided feedback to our butler, a manager (I don't recall the specific person, but it was someone from the management team) patiently listened to my concerns and offered some complimentary value-added services. This was a wonderful gesture, which at least brought some unexpected delights for my child during the trip. Overall, the hotel is quite good, with decent facilities and amenities, though it's probably better suited for younger kids/toddlers. 😀 If the frontline service staff were as enthusiastic and attentive as the management, I believe Weiposi would undoubtedly be the ultimate family-friendly destination in Lingshui. (The buffet offers a wide variety of dishes and is definitely worth trying.)

For a family-friendly hotel in Hainan, this place offers a truly comprehensive array of activities. Compared to Atlantis, it actually feels like they provide even more options. While the water park isn't massive, it's perfectly adequate for younger kids (under 10), and an aerial pool caters to slightly older children. Compared to the Indigo Hotel, the activities here might not be as refined, but there's definitely a much greater variety to choose from. Most importantly, all hotel activities are complimentary for guests. If you're traveling with children, I believe this hotel offers exceptional value for money. The only drawback is its immense popularity, meaning it's almost always fully booked and challenging to secure a room. Given that it offers butler service at this price point, its constant full occupancy is no surprise. The hotel manager, Shirley, is incredibly professional – I'd say even more so than managers at some 7-star hotels. Even with large crowds, she ensures every service detail is perfectly executed. We will definitely be back!

Despite a 3 PM check-in time, we didn't get our room until past 4 PM. We also had to haul our own luggage from the lobby ourselves. The water park is quite spacious. Breakfast was decent; it's best to go early for a wider selection of seats. Picking up takeout was very convenient, right on the ground floor. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away, and the sand is truly fine, though the waves were quite strong. It was great to have a foot-washing station upon returning from the beach.

Just wrapped up an amazing family vacation! 🏖️ On the hotel's beach, the kids had a blast, while I lay on a beach chair, savoring the gentle sea breeze. 🌊 This trip not only allowed us to relax and rejuvenate but also let us experience the warmth and joy of family bonding. 😊
