We contacted the hotel to cancel due to a delayed flight, meaning we wouldn’t have arrived in time. They did not respond.

Brought two boys for holiday and joined the one day activities with elephant. Done the rafting, elephant bathing and jungle walk in the morning, then lunch at the waterfall. We swam there and left at 2pm. Room was available by then. There were some small insects in the room but it was acceptable. The balcony was good and relaxing. We had dinner at the only restaurant and the taste was good. Will recommend others to join this special camp.

If you are looking for a rustic adventure, then this is for you. The cabin was basic and had a wetroom, however the view was gorgeous. A peaceful and soul soothing environment. There are many activities offered, we opted for the elephant wake up call, the bamboo rafting and the ride up to the old temple. Breakfast is included. The Tawan restaurant makes phenomenal Khao Soi, I'd recommend going there for lunch. The staff we absolutely fantastic! They are so friendly, helpful and genuine! I would definitely recommend this as a rustic getaway adventure!

For the special experience, it is worthy to take a hour car-driving. Elephant morning call is special moment and more than our imagination. Moreover all the service staffs are nice and sweet to do more than we expect. Nice place! Strongly recommend !

A quiet, relaxed hotel in itself, but unfortunately, there's nothing to do in the evenings. The elephant enclosures are too small. The elephants are well treated. The food in the restaurant is delicious!

The hotel we stayed in this time was far beyond our expectations. At first, we came here to see the elephants and didn't have high expectations for the room. As a result, we were very surprised when we opened the room. The overall feeling of being close to nature is almost comparable to the famous Pu'er Red Panda Manor in China, but the price of Pu'er Red Panda Manor is several times that of this hotel. Although the facilities in the room are relatively simple, they are clean and tidy. The elephant call was a great experience, and two cute elephants came. There are more than a dozen elephants living in the park. Their living environment seems to be quite free. During the day, you can see them bathing and playing in the water pool, and sometimes they are active in the woods. But at night, the elephants will be tied with chains on their feet and stay in the elephant shed. The park is fully equipped with a bar, two restaurants and a gift shop. It is a large resort nearby, at least the largest one I have seen in the surrounding area. I highly recommend everyone to come here, there are a variety of elephant interactive activities to choose from.

I really fell in love with this hotel. On the first day of my stay, I hoped to come back next time to experience it for three days. It was really beautiful. Sitting on the balcony and listening to the sound of the stream, the air was super good. I was also very happy to hear the elephants waking me up in the morning. I can only say it was great! ! ! People who are afraid of cold can wash up as soon as they check in. The temperature is lower at night. Overall, I would like to stay here again next time. It is very relaxing.

The restaurant is very reasonable, a bottle of Coke is only 25 baht, the cabins on the mountain are not expensive and clean, don't ask for too much, the elephants are cute, the scenery of the mountains is beautiful, remember to bring a pair of good walking shoes, and now there are I am really grateful for the luggage handling service (it was not mentioned on the Internet before)

Away from the city, you can see elephants wherever you walk, and the morning call is very fun.
