"We were expecting a no-frills experience, so that wasn’t the problem. The problem was the following: very loose electric outlets so it was difficult to plug in a Wi-Fi charger, broken tile on bathroom floor that was dangerous with a sharp edge. A live roach in the bathroom, a nonworking hairdryer, no Kleenex at check in and none even after maid service, a stark breakfast with no abailable cold water or juice and minimal choices. We stayed two days and some of the desk people were very kind and helpful. It was the facility that was subpar, even for an older place. Would’ve gladly paid a bit more to be more comfortable. Yes, the beds and towels and coffee were fine, btw."

"The place is the over price resort in West Virginia area. The food in the resort is very expensive. The Steak price is 39 dollar. They never clean the room when I stay for two days.They over charge my credit card. I already pay before. The hotel is the same level as the airport hotel in Mexico with the mountain. I don't suggest the place. "
