"I found it to be fine, with free coffee. The breakfast was decent, with fresh fruit, nuts, cereal, pastries and various breads, and pantumaca. The bed was comfortable. It had the basics, but was clean and adequate. Parking was easy. The reception was pleasant."

"This isn't our first time here, and this was definitely the worst ever. The room was very small, it was very hot at night, and it wasn't very clean and it was old.
I'd also like to say that we weren't aware that the outside area was closed.
Previous times have been better."

The hotel itself is in the old wooden style
Spacious room
The highest level of service
During an isolation period, we stayed in the entire hotel alone
The spa with mineral water is great, especially the outdoor swimming pool
Everything is neat and thoughtful
The food is great, everything is fresh and crazy
Many details (bathrobes, hygiene products, changing towels, cleaning, etc.)

"Bad service review, because I checked out of the room and hadn’t left the hotel yet and remembered that the charger was still charging in the room, so I took the room card from the front desk and returned to the room. I found that the charger and the plug adapter were missing. I observed that the bathroom was dirty. The towels were also collected, thinking that maybe the housekeeping staff had collected them, so I immediately went back to the front desk to ask them to help me contact the housekeeping staff. However, the front desk refused for a second and said no, it had not been cleaned at this time. But I’m sure it was taken away!"
