The room is well soundproofed and I had a good sleep
The lobby downstairs is a student activity center or something like that
There are many things to play

"When I arrived at the hotel, I discovered that the name of the hotel contained the word ”patients” and that there was an ambulance parked at the door. I realized that this hotel was special. Pass through, park in the garage, and check in. It turns out that this is a health hotel, connected to the nearby hospital. The entire hotel facilities are a bit like the domestic United Family style, very clean, comfortable and user-friendly, and the top terrace has an unparalleled view of the lake. The breakfast is also very rich, a great stay experience."

Carpet is totally wet at the entrance. Shower is stuck and the bathroom became a swimming pool. Likely happened to guest before me.
I mentioned but they didn’t do anything nor suggest to change the room. A pity"

GGo-RavGood hotel with close proximity to the train station and city centre. Rooms were great, we stayed in a sailing theme room on the first floor, room was very spacious with queen bed, two balconies and lake view. Windows had electronic shutters for complete comfort and to avoid early morning awakening. Breakfast had good choices of food and beverages.

ＵＵＤＡＫＡThe hotel is conveniently located close to the station, which also has a Coop supermarket. However, the uphill walk to the hotel can be a bit challenging. The Cathedral is less than a 10-minute walk away, and from a nearby subway station, you can easily reach the southern port. The Olympic Museum is also just a stone's throw away. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and greeted us with a smile. We really appreciate her service.

XXiaogabeiThe people in the French-speaking area are generally more enthusiastic. The whole Lausanne is very beautiful. It is the most unforgettable place in the Swiss trip. The room service of this hotel is OK. The waiters in the restaurant and the lobby bathroom are very friendly. There is just a waitress in the swimming pool who has a bad attitude. The other staff are all good. It is 2 subway stops away from the train station. You can also walk from the train station, about 900 meters. Just walk straight to the lake after leaving the train station. The breakfast is OK. The room corridors are relatively new. Because we live in a new building, the corridors will have access control. There is a cafe opposite the hotel that is particularly delicious. You must go there. If you come to Lausanne next time, you will stay here again. Among the hotels I have stayed in Switzerland so far, this hotel is considered good. Later, we went to Grindelwald and stayed there. It was simply amazing. I miss Lausanne!

CCrzy_minionsThe hotel was a 3-5 minutes walk from the metro station, which is a 15 mins transfer ride from Lausanne's main train station. The location is very nice, with the Geneva Lake right across the road. An easy, straight line walk to the Olympic Park and museum. Coop downstairs for simple groceries. The breakfast was super good, quality food and cooking. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious choices, service was very nice too. The breakfast here was my favourite along the way. Watching the sunrise by window seats was a bonus. The street was very quiet, overall a tranquil feeling during my stay. A number of restaurants within 5 minutes walk as well. The room was nice, they offered a personal care kit which was very helpful. You also get a free chocolate 😌

MMargaretLocated centrally (just a few steps away from the main train station), Continental Hotel Lausanne is the perfect place for a short stay in Lausanne! The reception staff were very friendly and accommodating. Perhaps it's spring and still quite cold outside so, being a green hotel, the air conditioning is switched off. However, the staff very kindly loaned us a fan which we really appreciated as the room was quite stuffy! The hotel does not provide drinking water but you could get up to 2 bottles free for each room if you ask the counter staff.

GGuest UserI really like the overall feeling of the hotel. It is simple, generous and clean. The room is spacious for three people. It is no problem to be five minutes away from the station. It is easy to find and very close to the rail car. I like this city very much. It is small and exquisite. The locals are very real and kind, giving people a full sense of security.

TThibaut Georges EThe rooms feature lighted images of fishes and sea or water themes. I often go back in this hotel and always get another room with another image to learn from. Rooms are very clean, the place is good for going to aquarium, CHUV or epalinge, next to metro station. Sauna and hammam are okay. Food is good. My favourite hotel in Lausanne even if it's nothing special.

吴吴道祺The location is good. You get off the Metro and take an elevator. Then the hotel is right in front of you. Less than 7 stops of Metro from the lake-side Ouchy areas. It is a walking 5-minute distance from the Lausanne Cathedral. One stop of Metro away from the areas where Brand-name shops situate.
There is a large Coop supermarket just across the street. You can buy food there and cook food by induction-cooker. Cutlery and tableware are also provided in the room.

WWeixintaoI have to say that as a traveler, this is the best youth hostel I have ever stayed in, no doubt about it. It is not only about the cleanliness and comfort of the environment, but also about the overall quality of the building. The floor design is very inspiring, simple and open, and the balcony design is cleverly used. only one thing isn't good: provide dinner in the hotel restaurant isn't good.
