These cameras will be active 24/7 during your stay, recording video and audio when motion is detected. They are primarily for security and insurance purposes. Please note that we do not have any cameras inside the home.The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are paramount to us. To ensure your protection, we follow a thorough cleaning process after every check-out.★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★Kindly refrain from smoking indoors. Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee for deodorizing, duct cleaning, and furniture restoration plus extra $500 Cleaning Fee and $1500 Fine★ QUIET HOURS/ NO PARTIES ★We kindly request your cooperation in observing quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM as mandated by the city ordinance.
