"Honestly, rated this lower simply because of the parking situation. The site needs to do a better job calling out parking  options and pricing. It’s also wild to charge $70+ for Valet Parking especially for that tiny little lot across the street. We parked behind the hotel overnight and it cost $25, a price I would have accepted at the hotel.  The Hotel was tidy, breakfast was good and the employees responded well to loud guests yelling and and banging around late at night."

"We stayed here for a graduation and had a great experience! The rooms are updated with new carpets and furniture. A huge plus: the King rooms have pull-out sofas that work perfectly as extra beds. Major shout-out to the breakfast staff. They are super warm and attentive. We ordered off the menu instead if buffet. As for parking: Easy access to their own garage with a guest discount. $40 instead of $52, per night. Highly recommend this hotel if you're in town!"

"Hotel is in the center of the city, close to metro station. Staff were very kind and helpful. Hotel has all the services you need including laundry. Hotel is clean though the hotel seems a bit outdated. The price quality ration is very good"

"That one hotel was fine in services and had all needful amenities. I just wasn't happy that windows led to a back of hotel's signage, in a place where people can come out and walk, and one staff's worker should know about Elfreth's Alley and other one lady, who probably Russian and she took my keys, could be more welcome and doesn't repeat just said information."

"I planned a romantic get away weekend and paid for a king sized bed for me and the missus in advance. Upon arrival, they just said ”Oops, they over sold the rooms again, no King size bed BUT we'll give you a free upgrade and you can have 2 smaller beds...call Chris Head of Ops if you have a problem with it”. There was no working # for Chris on the card they gave me for him. When I asked for an extra blanket, I recieved the infamous ”brown blanket”. It was completely crinkled, unfolded, a sand paper like texture, that actually was hard to unfold...it was stuck to itself and made like a velcro sounds as you peeled it apart...totally unusable...can't believe they still give this blanket to people. Otherwise, room was solid, employees were very nice and Chris was nice when I met him during check out."

"I love the location of this place - in the (IMO) prettiest part of the city, right among all the museums. The keycard entry offers guests a nice level of security. The complimentary coffee in the morning is a lifesaver, as is the 24/7 snack mart. The gym is pretty straightforward, but offered just what I needed, and the bed was super comfy. The staff is also very friendly."

"The hotel is in a great location, right in the city center, with a beautiful church downstairs. Breakfast is not included, but there is a Starbucks downstairs. The service is terrible. I booked a room with a balcony, but when I checked in, the front desk said that there was no such room type, and they insisted on saying so. When I contacted Ctrip and waited for a reply, the front desk said that there was such a room type. It was very confusing. My check-in was delayed for almost half an hour, and I was forced to contact Ctrip via international long-distance."

"The location is about two blocks from the city center, which is quite convenient, but there are limited dining options nearby; you have to go to the city center for more choices. The room is very spacious and well-equipped with an induction hob, oven, washing machine, and dryer, making it suitable for long stays or self-catering. The public facilities are on the top floor and, though I didn't need to use them much, they seemed complete and clean. The room decor is simple with a bit of an industrial style, primarily featuring concrete and white walls, emphasizing simplicity and convenience. Overall, everything was pretty good, but one major point was that the room wasn't cleaned at all during my 5-day stay. The hotel should provide some guidance upon check-in or in the room regarding cleaning services and trash disposal instructions, either for guests to handle themselves or for paid services. When I asked the front desk for cleaning, I was told they usually clean only once every three days, but in reality, it wasn't cleaned once during my entire 5-day stay. The accumulating trash, in particular, was a problem as I didn't know how to dispose of it. This was a bit of a letdown compared to my usual business hotel stays. If guests are expected to clean up their own trash, clear instructions are definitely needed to avoid confusion and the feeling of a lack of service."

"We booked a double room for one night with a pull-out sofa. The apartment is spacious with large open areas. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, and oven. The bedrooms are roomy and separated from each other, which is very convenient. The living room has the pull-out sofa, which unfortunately is uncomfortable as the springs stick out. The location is excellent, with everything within easy reach. The price is fair and reasonable for the area."
