📍 **Location, Location, Location!** The hotel's location is absolutely unbeatable! It's just a few minutes' walk to Reading Terminal Market, making it super convenient to grab a Philly cheesesteak or browse fresh produce. Chinatown is also easily within walking distance, so you'll never have to worry about finding great Chinese food. With restaurants, shops, and transport hubs all around, getting around and finding places to eat couldn't be easier. ⚠️ **Check-in Details Were a Letdown** However, for a Marriott brand, the attention to detail in the room was quite lacking. Upon entering, I found there was no drinking water, and the bedsheets had noticeable stains, which immediately brought down the overall experience. While the bathroom facilities were complete, the general maintenance felt a bit subpar and didn't meet the brand standards I expected. ✨ **Overall Impression** If your main priority is easy access to explore central Philadelphia, this location is an excellent choice. But if you have high expectations for room cleanliness and meticulous service, you might be a bit disappointed. It's best suited for travelers who prioritize location above all else and are less sensitive to minor details.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the city center, with a beautiful church downstairs. Breakfast is not included, but there is a Starbucks downstairs. The service is terrible. I booked a room with a balcony, but when I checked in, the front desk said that there was no such room type, and they insisted on saying so. When I contacted Ctrip and waited for a reply, the front desk said that there was such a room type. It was very confusing. My check-in was delayed for almost half an hour, and I was forced to contact Ctrip via international long-distance.

The room is incredibly spacious, with a storage room, a dressing room, a washroom, a kitchen, and a bedroom! It's perfect for those traveling with family. All the main attractions are within walking distance! Highly recommend 👍

Nice sized apartments with good kitchen facilities. The bathroom was nice and clean. Good sized double bed and sofa-bed. The only downside was the noise from the neighbours, the rooms are not very sound-proof, the neighbour upstairs when flushing toilet was very noisy can wake you up.

Hotel in downtown Philadelphia although located tucked near an expressway. Around a 10 minute walk to Rittenhouse Square. Just like many Sheraton hotels however, the hotel is a bit outdated which can be seen through the carpet and the bathroom however, cleanliness is decent. Spacious room. Housekeeping not very proactive, did not come for one day or came at 6pm. However, front desk was responsive and get that situation amended quickly. Not a bad stay for a decently price 3 star hotel in Philadelphia.

The longer we stayed the lesser the points became. When we checked in, at first glance everything was 5 stars. WiFi and location are definitely 10/10 for me. My first issue was with the refrigerator not working, I lowered the temp to the lowest possible setting but nothing changed and I notified the front desk and they said they would send someone to check within an hour and that person never showed up I’m not sure if they came while we were out but when we came back the refrigerator was still warm. This issue was never fixed up to the day we checked out. It was very disappointing as I had baby food that needed to be refrigerated. The blinds in the bedroom do not block out any light at all and our room was opposite a parking lot which head very bright lights all night long it was so hard to fall asleep I hope the property can have better curtains or blinds. Secondly, I’m not sure if I missed it somewhere about them not offering house keeping, at least there’s a washer and dryer so I just washed the towels on my own. We stayed 6 nights and no one ever came to refresh the rooms or even add more toilet paper or garbage bags. The floors were visibly dirty and dusty like they haven’t been vacuumed in months. The 9th floor common area was so filthy, the toilet was so dirty and smelly, the couch was so dirty I couldn’t even sit on it. The central cooling/heating system makes a strange long noise every now and then and it kept waking up my child. I could find any way to turn it off and that was very frustrating.

The newest hotel in the University City, with new facilities but small rooms, and good service (we sent a refrigerator in, although we didn't bring it with us, but it was delivered quickly when we asked for it). There is streetparking nearby which is very convenient. In the middle of upenn campus.
