W Philadelphia

Extremely poor services! I have never stayed at a hotel where I had to pay for wifi- the costs could be waived if I sign up for their Mariott program - which is ridiculous. They didn’t have a converter to lend out and they made me pay 25 dollars for a cheap converter. Also, first they kept pushing me to extend one more night for extended room and bar service, when we wanted to extend, they asked us to book through third parties. It was all so difficult. The room was also old, the furnitures are damaged and they gave us a connecting room while we specifically asked for more privacy. The restaurant was also ridiculous, overpriced, indelible with extremely bad service, our waitress was gone the whole time, I had to walk to the reception to ask for someone to take my order. I will never return to this hotel - or any Mariott hotel for that matter PS:

My Girlfriend got stuck in the elevator for 3 hours  Fire department had to come and rescue her I want my whole trip refunded asap!!! I been waiting for the hotel to do something and they said you guys would have to refund me.. I’m mortified no one has offered anything for this neglect on there part.. They reset the elevators with out checking cameras or putting up any signs.  I want my money back asap!!!  I will never go back anywhere near that hotel and I will be telling everyone there neglect and poor service they provided.

Never met such nice people checking in to a hotel! Pleasant experience, welcome drinks very clean excellent location
