If you value modern design, high-tech amenities, and the best views in Pennsylvania, this is the place to stay. It is a "destination hotel" where the property itself is as much of an attraction as the city.

The hotel has a strong sense of design. The top floor has an unobstructed view of Philadelphia. The lobby is decorated with flowers. The room facilities are clean and tidy. The service is very good. The view and food in the top floor restaurant are good.

I usually stay at the Ritz (which gets worse each year) while in Philadelphia for a yearly hospital visit, but we stayed at the Four Seasons this year and it was fantastic. The lobby and restaurants are gorgeous, especially at night - and the glass elevator ride up provides a memorable entrance. The service was excellent, especially the manager of the restaurant/bar who graciously brought a drink back to my parents in the hotel room so I could stay and enjoy the lobby. We even took my Bouvier pup, who absolutely loved it! Will be staying here from now on when visiting Philly. Thank you for a great stay!

I had the pleasure of rejoining the Four Seasons Hotel. This hotel has the best service. You are welcomed at the front by Lou and escorted to the reception by Saleem. Jordan and Maria at reception are amazing. Fernando assisted with my luggage and Mallory arranged an Amazing welcome amenity with my favorite treats. Michael in sky-high and Marguerita are so warm. Aaron and Joseph in Security were also very helpful. I strongly encourage anyone who travels to Philadelphia must stay at The Four Seasons Hotel!

We stayed at this hotel for one night but wished we stayed longer because everything was outstanding!!! The hotel had a very elegant atmosphere, and everything was spotlessly clean. It was in a perfect location; our room had a beautiful view of Philadelphia and we were only 30 minutes away from the King of Prussia Mall. The room we had was gorgeous--it was spacious, clean, and very modern, with dimmable lights and button-controlled curtains. There were plenty of amenities: an espresso machine, an electric kettle, a stocked freezer, a flatscreen TV, complimentary toiletries, and a lighted makeup mirror. The hotel was nice and quiet, so we had no trouble sleeping (and the beds were extremely comfortable). What stood out to us most, though, was the exceptional service the hotel offered. The manager, Chris, was very gracious and kind, offering us a room upgrade, and sending us a complimentary food platter (the man who brought the platter was also very kind). Also, Emily offered amazing service, and was extremely polite, helpful, and kind. The bellmen who handled our luggage both went above and beyond, as did the service member who brought breakfast and the valets. The luxurious accommodations combined with the stellar customer service made this hotel just about perfect!

Magnificent experience. The building is awe inspiring and perfectly located. Everything is squeaky clean new and modern. Most of all, the staff is amazing. Every single person who works at the hotel is over the top exceptional with making sure you are happy. Would never stay anywhere else in Philly.

Extremely Disappointing Experience — Not Worth the Visit My recent visit to the Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia at Comcast Center Spa was, unfortunately, extremely disappointing. To begin, there was no valet parking validation, which is surprising and inconvenient given the premium nature of the property—especially for guests traveling into the city. As someone who does not enjoy coming into Philadelphia, this immediately set the tone for a frustrating experience. Upon arrival, I was also surprised that there was no Thai massage attire offered, which is typically a standard and expected part of that service. This detail may seem small, but it significantly impacts the authenticity and comfort of the treatment. The most disappointing aspect, however, was the salon environment. The space was very small, tightly arranged, and far from tranquil. Rather than a peaceful spa atmosphere, it felt crowded and loud. One of the nail technicians was overly talkative and disruptive, making it nearly impossible to relax. A spa—especially one associated with the Four Seasons name—should prioritize serenity, and this fell far short. That said, I want to acknowledge that the service providers themselves were excellent. My massage therapist delivered a wonderful treatment, and my nail technician, Kim, was professional and skilled. They were the highlight of the visit. Unfortunately, the overall environment and experience did not match the brand’s reputation or price point. I was given gift cards, which is the only reason I chose to try this spa—but I can confidently say I will not be returning.

I recently stayed at the Four Seasons Philadelphia with my wife, daughter, and dog for a quick night away over a particularly cold and bleak weekend in January. It was also our dog’s 10th birthday, so we wanted to spend it at a dog-friendly property with her. The Four Seasons Philadelphia was a perfect oasis in the clouds for our quick getaway. We had everything we needed without having to leave the premises. This was our second stay at the property, with the first being about two years ago, when my wife and I visited just before our daughter was born. While our prior stay had been generally positive with some exceptions, this one was significantly better and made us really love the hotel. I was particularly impressed that in almost every area in which I noted that the property needed to tighten service or amenities last time, things had improved. Combined with the fact that the Four Seasons Philadelphia currently has a great staff who executes coordinated luxury service seamlessly, we couldn’t have been happier with our visit. Trip Planning: I usually book Four Seasons stays through a Four Seasons Preferred Partner travel agent (which I highly recommend), but for this stay I booked through the Chase Luxury Hotel Collection using my Chase card. The benefits were very similar, though slightly better with Preferred Partner. Booking through Chase, our reservation included a room upgrade at check-in based on availability, priority early check-in and late check-out, a $100 hotel credit, and a $60 daily breakfast credit to use at Skyhigh or via in-room dining. A couple weeks before our stay, I used the Four Seasons app to submit room requests and book a dinner reservation. As always, service through the app was very prompt. The only odd interaction came when I inquired about a Saturday night dinner reservation at Skyhigh, and was simply told there was no availability other than very late times. While the restaurants are popular and reservations can be difficult for non-hotel guests, I was reaching out weeks in advance and knew from our prior stay that hotel guests are supposed to have priority for dinner reservations and tables are held back for the hotel from general availability. The hotel then suggested Vernick Fish instead of Skyhigh, which we also love, but I pushed back and asked them to confirm that there was truly no space for hotel guests anytime earlier at Skyhigh that night. A table at Skyhigh at our desired time suddenly became available after that. I appreciated the effort to ultimately secure the reservation, but didn’t understand why I had to push and express displeasure to get it. It felt like the hotel was steering us toward Vernick Fish solely because it had better availability and was easy for them, rather than doing the best they could for us from the start. Before the trip, I also emailed the hotel manager, Jimmy, since I had correspondence with the former manager after our last stay, and that had included an offer to ensure
