The hotel was great. My problem is between Trip.com and Doubletree Hotel. I have been double charged. Doubletree says that Trip.com does not pay the full price and I am responsible for the extra. However, they have charged me the full price plus some extras. I don't know what the extras are. I did not use any extras. I cannot find a phone number for Trip.com, which I now find out is a foreign company. Trip.com charged me $41.75 more than Doubletree's cost for the room, but did not pay Doubletree the full fee.

The shuttle service is unsatisfactory. Even though I contacted the hotel several times to confirm that shuttle bus would run 24/7 and every 30 minutes. But when I arrived at the airport at around 3:00 am and waited for almost one hour, I called the hotel again and was told that I had to call uber myself. I finally got rested until 4:30am. Besides the shuttle service, other services are still good.

The service is good, and the cleanliness is excellent, but the pool was closed for the weekend. The rooms do not have a minibar or smart TV.
