Best Western Plus Philadelphia Convention Center Hotel

It is amazing that how the front desk handles guest! I checked into the hotel on October 3rd around 4:00pm and upon checking in, found out that the fire alarm in the room was beeping non stop at an average 40 seconds interval. I immediately went to the front desk to inform them about the issue. There were no technical people to attend to it to rectify the problem. I asked the front desk to change my room as there is no way that I can sleep in such noise as it is also a safety concern in the event of fire! Nobody made an effort to reach out or assured me that things will be rectified. I went down to the reception approaching midnight and talked to Tasleema who was very helpful in getting me a new room to move. She is the only one who is apologetic but not the earlier front desk whose answer is "We're fully booked!" Wonder what kind of hospitality is this from Best Western!

The front desk and manager were very nice! They were all very patiently to explain the question that I had. We all enjoyed our trip!

Dear Sir, I have sent the below message to the hotel but no reply. Could you please check it for me “It's noted in my credit card statement, there was a pending security deposit for $143.83 then became zero when we checked out on 24/Jun. However it appears a deduction of $43.83 in my credit card today (28/Jun) after 4 days we checked out. Would you please explain what is going on?” Thank you JIANPING CHEN

Overall it was fine. they don't provide complementory water in room

The hotel room is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is super unlimited. 🙏😇 The only problem I've got was the location from bus stop to the hotel place of walking is very far. I thought f Upon my booking it was near. But I'd figured out with the help of Google maps and just keep walking.

Check in was a breeze. Our stay was quiet and cozy . Definitely a great stay cation for me and babe.

That one hotel was fine in services and had all needful amenities. I just wasn't happy that windows led to a back of hotel's signage, in a place where people can come out and walk, and one staff's worker should know about Elfreth's Alley and other one lady, who probably Russian and she took my keys, could be more welcome and doesn't repeat just said information.

Reasonable price Hotel, and a convenient location. Staff was nice and friendly.
