Place is comfortable and clean. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Bonus because they have a cafe and a comfortable waiting area for guest.

The location was excellent, it is a 2-minute walk to Robinsons Manila which have lots of establishment and restaurants nearby.

Thank you sbbl. It was a great stay! The atmosphere was very nice because all staff are friendly and accommodating whenever we needed something/assistance. Buffet breakfast is the best and plated breakfast as well. Recommend staying here next time you are in Manila. My husband is an American who has a very particular standard for service at hotels, restaurants and anywhere else costumer service is required and he found no faults in the service here. The location is good, close to Intramuros and the coast. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk from the station, but it's a nice walk to see the city. There's a large supermarket nearby and a 7-Eleven, which is very convenient. Many of the staff were very kind. Thanks to them, I had a pleasant stay, which really made up for any shortcomings of the hotel. The doorman who opened the door for me every day even stopped an Uber taxi for me at the end and opened the door. He was very pleasant, and I left feeling good. Thank you. Breakfast didn't have a huge variety, but the omelets made fresh every day were delicious, and since it was a buffet, I was able to eat my fill. For this price, there's even a small gym, so I think the cost-performance is good. From here on, I'll list the downsides, but even with those, I still felt it was good value for money (again, thanks to the kind staff). The hotel is old and dusty. My room had no view from the window. The strange doll on the bedside lamp was a mystery (lol). The room was reasonably spacious, and the air conditioning worked great. However, when you remove the key card, everything turns off, so it gets hot again when you go out. There are no amenities at all, so I recommend bringing your own from home. There's no box of tissues either. There's only one roll of toilet paper, so if you use it as tissue, you'll run out. For towels, there's only a bath towel; no face towel. Maybe you can ask the front desk for a toothbrush? The toilet is the kind where you shouldn't flush paper. Please be careful.

It’s also right beside Starbucks, which was my go-to for coffee. Value: 4/5 Reasonable for a short business stay, but parking has an extra fee. Room: 3/5 The hotel feels old and nostalgic — classic elevators and hallways. Bathroom was clean, but the room had a slightly musky smell. Walls seem thin since I could hear a neighboring room’s phone and music. Cleanliness: 5/5 Bathroom was neat and well-maintained. Service: 5/5 Staff were friendly and accommodating. Facilities: 5/5 Convention rooms are functional and convenient for seminars and trainings. The packaged food during the training was also good and complete, from breakfast snacks to lunch and merienda. Final Take: Good option for business stays and trainings. Not the most modern, but convenient and comfortable enough for short trips.

Overall, it’s a good value for money. It’s suitable for families, couples, and even business stays since the location is very strategic—close to almost everything. It’s just one street away from Rizal Park, near hospitals and the LRT station, and there are plenty of food stalls and restaurants nearby. The receiving area is spacious, the rooms are clean, and we enjoyed the breakfast. They also have a pool and gym, which is a nice plus. For improvement, access to the pool and shower area could be more convenient, especially when going back to the rooms. Also, since there’s still available space, it would be great if they could add a play area for toddlers. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The staff were courteous and accommodating, which made the experience even better.

I feel disappointed the room is just fine but the bed is not confortable to sleep,the cover is like dirty because instead of white it become dirty white also the towels!and with all the hotels ive been checking in this hotel is different and theres no small fridge.diappointed ive been stay here for more than a week.and inside the bathroom there place to put for thier soap and shampoo.i hope the management will pay attention for thier service.

Very budget friendly accommodation worth the price. Very accesible to convenience store, have a lot of eateries nearby. Reception is welcoming very cozy and clean. The room is small though good for one night stay. What I don't appreciate is the comfort room, not cleaned time to time.

It was very bad to start with. They gave us a very dirty room. Had cockcriaches.. bad deco, safe was broken and the clock was not working. I had to change the room after 3days of living in that room it was very disgusting. I was scared to walk around the room. The balcony doors wouldn't close properly in both rooms so the air conditioning was not effective enough. Also found previous tenants dirty knickers on the balcony floor and when I complained they said maybe clean knickers and did not send any one to remove them from the balcony. Definitely a 1/5 for the room and service in this situation. There was cockcroach prevention houses all over the place and was bitten by lots of mosquitoes and the kitten was dirty in places. They asked for a 2k peso deposit refundable which is fine but I had to pay in cash which in the end I had to go find an atm which was inconvenient and I had to walk about 10min from the hotel because they had no visa card services, being a hotel with 50 floors that was very bad management for their hotel infrastructure for international clients. The restaurant down the street and also the Korean restaurant in the lobby both had visa card machines yet a hotel couldn't do that. Overall the service after few days was much better. The manager Mohammed and workers Charles and Michael started to help make my stay more better which was refreshing and we built good relations. So in the end the last few days was more better. If it was like this from the start then I would definitely give a 4/5.

Great hotel that has great prices and a high end feel. All the staff are friendly and helpful and great security. Outside the sanctuary of the hotel is a chaotic mix of poverty and working people. The hotel is a 5-6 minute walk from Robinson’s mall and if you can’t find it there you don’t need it. Great laundry is a few minutes walk on Salas st. Take a different direction every time you leave the hotel and you will find something to surprise you. Highly recommend for quality and price.
