I would love to be able to rate this hotel 9.5 out of 10, because of its beauty, and because of the great staff. However the room I rented had the following issues. 1. The room normally stayed around 26°C (78.8°F) to 27°C (80.6°F) with the AC running on the highest setting. 2. The shower had a drain issue, and water overflowed throughout half the bathroom floor. 3. The TV had about 5 channels in English, and the picture was horrible. Very fuzzy with intermittent audio. 4. The WiFi was mediocre, and would occasionally disconnect from the internet. 5. The view through the window was just other roof tops. 6. It's a little far from the airport. It is a very beautiful hotel, with an outstanding looking lobby, and a great ground floor restaurant. The staff is outstanding. When I first entered the hotel and the room, my first thought was that I was never leaving this hotel. That is until I ran into the room AC issue. I could not stay there more than 2 nights with such a hot room.

Cheap, great location near the park. This huge room has 60 beds, good for people who don't mind sharing. There are no curtains, so it's really just for sleeping. Besides the beds, there's only a bathroom, no other space. The downside is there's no hot water, only cold.

Stayed here 9 nights in a Deluxe Twin Room on the 14th floor and overall it was very good value for money (paid about 2131 AED for the stay). 👍 Highlights Staff – Easily the best part of this hotel. Everyone was extremely polite, friendly and genuinely helpful throughout the stay. That level of hospitality really stood out and made a big difference. Cleanliness – The room was kept clean every day and housekeeping did a very good job maintaining it. Breakfast buffet – Surprisingly good variety. They had fresh omelettes made to order, pancakes, waffles, sausages, bacon, cereals and other options. The flavors leaned more toward Western breakfast styles so it didn’t fully match my Indian palate, but it was still a solid breakfast with plenty to choose from. The Mongolian rice was actually excellent. Location for convenience – The hotel is right in the Binondo / Chinatown area, with plenty of restaurants around. There’s also a Starbucks and a nice café just steps from the hotel, plus an Anytime Fitness nearby. For my work it was very convenient. ⚠️ Things That Could Improve Check-in process – I arrived around 10am hoping for early check-in, but still had to wait until the standard 3pm check-in time, which was a bit frustrating after a long trip. Facilities feel dated – Some things like the hair dryer, TV and especially the gym equipment feel quite old and could definitely use an upgrade. AC issues – The air-conditioning was slightly unpredictable at night. Not a big issue but you could wake up at 4 AM sweating🫢 Room service food – Not great. I ordered a chocolate lava cake that looked nice with two scoops of ice cream but the cake itself was quite bitter. Minibar – Completely empty, which was surprising especially since the hotel takes a 10,000 peso deposit at check-in. 📍 Area There are lots of food options nearby and the location is convenient, but the area can feel a bit rough late at night, so I preferred staying indoors after dark. Final Thoughts Overall I’d say about 3.5 stars but rounding up to 4, mainly because the staff were genuinely excellent and the stay was good value for money. Would I stay here again? Yes — for the value and the staff. I’d just probably skip room service next time.

Pros: This hotel is close to a market and a small mall. If you want to experience the natural ambiance of Manila, you can stay here. The staff is friendly and check-in is fast. There's a 1,000 peso deposit. The rooms are spacious and clean. The air conditioning is cool. Security is guaranteed. Con: The hotel is old and far from the city center and the airport. The breakfast was terrible, not much choice, just plain rice, boxed meat, and orange juice. There were also waffles. Luckily, there were waffles so I could still have breakfast.

My family booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for my brother'sgraduation. Fersal Hotel is by the intersection near UST so be ready to hear firetrucks, ambulance, and cars honking. Convenient to walk outside even at night. They will not automatically clean up your room so make sure to put the ”Make Up My Room” signage on the door handle. We forgot to do so but the staff accomodated our request to fix our room when we arrived. Additional bed cost 700pesos. They have parking space for 5 cars and it is first come first serve basis. The room has a light smell probably coz it is a bit old. My mom remarked that the hotel probably needs to change their curtains so it will look a bit new. Both the air-conditioning and fridge looks old but it kept us frozen to the point that we have to turn it off. They also have dormitories for 2 pax for 10k-15k per month. The housekeeping lady (Ms. Tere I think) was nice and very accommodating.They has toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo with conditioner, cotton buds, towels, hangerss, electric kettle, coffee, tea, and pitcher (you will need to get water by the dispenser near the elevator). Good stay so far. We'll probably book this again.

We stayed at this hotel for my son’s JS Prom, and it was a pleasant surprise to see that both the facilities and rooms are still well-maintained despite the property being older. However, the breakfast buffet could use improvement, as the quality of the food didn’t quite meet expectations.

The hotel is nice and overall a pleasant place to stay. The rooms and facilities are good, but the elevators can get very crowded because there are only three elevators serving many establishments in the building. During busy hours, the wait time can be quite long. Still, it’s a good hotel, but improving elevator access would make the experience much better.

Located in a very convenient community, with a 7-Eleven right downstairs, which is great for quick snacks or drinks. You can easily call a Grab or a car service directly to the hotel. It's close to all the major tourist attractions. If you enjoy walking, you can explore everything on foot, including all the important historical sites in the Philippines. I really liked it here! The accommodation was quiet and peaceful, and I felt the price was good for the value. It was clean and comfortable, just what I'd expect from a hotel. What I liked most is that once you get your bearings, you realize it's close to all the main attractions. It's also not too far from the train station; you can take the train almost to the last stop and then walk about 1.5 kilometers to reach the airport.

Location was super good. They have already smart tv so we were able to watch Youtube on down time but there's no Netflix account signed in, you have to have your own. The buffet on the first morning was chicken tocino and something that looked like a embutido but on the 2nd morning it was a nice glazed chicken and fish fillet in tausi sauce. Egg station is just the basic. They have some bread selection and salad/dessert. It was a good stay when going around the area and avoiding driving in traffic. 😊
