The hotel itself was comfortable and the overall experience was enjoyable. The only minor drawback is the location, which may feel a little isolated for some guests and is not within walking distance of many attractions. However, there is a local food stall nearby, which is convenient for a quick meal. Overall, a great stay with excellent hospitality and a fantastic breakfast experience."

"Imperial Regency Suites Kuala Lumpur (formerly known as Nexus Regency Suites) is a standard mid-range business hotel located inside the Bangsar Trade Centre complex. Its two primary selling points are its massive, office-sized guest rooms and its highly practical location, as the building connects directly to the Kerinchi LRT Station. This makes it an affordable and highly convenient hub for business travelers, families, or transit guests who need quick access to Mid Valley Megamall, Bangsar, or KL Sentral without paying premium city-center prices."

"Amenities: Disposable toothbrush and toothpaste, shared slippers, electric kettle, thermos, towels and bath towels. Hygiene: Decent. Environment: Inside the school, safe, quiet, and convenient. Service: Alright. We stayed for 5 days while dropping our child off at UM. Choosing to stay within the school was very convenient. You can use the hotel name for navigation, and you can drive right up to the entrance. Not far from the hotel are a KK convenience store and a student visa renewal center, which was very handy! The front desk has a printer, which you can use for a fee. When you enter the room, remember to turn on the main switches for the air conditioner and water heater. There's a separate switch for each on the wall that needs to be turned on before you can use them. Once you've checked in, they won't enter your room again. If you need anything, you have to ask yourself. If you run out of disposable toothpaste, toothbrushes, or tissues, you'll need to ask the front desk. If your trash can is full, you can tell the front desk, and they will empty it and leave extra trash bags in your room. After that, I just changed the bags myself and left them by the door. The slippers in our room were quite dirty, but we brought our own slippers and bath towels, so it wasn't an issue for us. There were quite a few ants on the floor, but changing the trash bag promptly took care of it. There's only one trash can. Malaysian toilet paper tends to fall apart when wet – you'll know what I mean once you use it."

"I booked a two-night stay for a business trip, and the location was super convenient. It's right next to the LRT station; you just exit and turn left, and you don't even have to leave the building. The hotel restaurant is right next to the lobby and front desk, and the food is decent – not too expensive for a hotel restaurant; pasta was about RM16. There are also convenience stores like 7-11 and Mynews, plus a Zus Coffee, right outside the subway station. The room itself in the hotel building felt a bit dated, with some wear and tear on the walls and ceiling. However, the facilities like the shower and toilet were fine – good water pressure and consistent hot water. The only minor drawback was the lighting; it was a bit too yellow and dim. It's fine during the day if you open the curtains, but if you're working in the room at night, the overly yellow light can be a bit disorienting. Overall, it's great value for money. For the price, it's definitely one of the more affordable options in the area, and cleanliness wasn't a major issue."

"Overall the unit clean. Some area around the waredrobe a bit dusty, but acceptabl. Location very good. Nearby walking distance to Mid Valley Mall / The Gardens where you can find shoppings and foods around. There's no hanger initially in the room, however the customer service bring to us after we feedback. Washing machine is available to clean the clothing. Prior few days before travel, I checked with the customer service if the early check is possible. They told Yes but only until when I do the actual check-in, then only mentioned we have to pay RM 80++ for the early check with 2 hours earlier. It's not wrong on the clause but I hope it could be more transparent to let us know beforehand that there's a fee to imposed for early check in."

This is my go-to whenever I am here in Kuala Lumpur. - The room quality is good. - The air-conditioning is good. - There is a window facing the city. - It is clean as well. - The location is just next to MidValley Mall, which is very convenient to get food or anything that is required. - The team, housekeeping, and receptionists are all very good as well."

"The hotel is comfortable and incredibly convenient! The breakfast selection is quite rich, and my child enjoyed it thoroughly. I even made my own special rice dish every day – it was so delicious! The Teh Tarik (pulled tea) is also excellent and definitely worth a try. Furthermore, the guest rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The in-room Wi-Fi connection is smooth, and the beds are clean and comfortable. Outside the room, there's a water dispenser, so you can easily refill your water bottles, which is very eco-friendly ♻️👍🏻. The hotel has a swimming pool, but it usually states that there are no lifeguards on duty, so please be careful and watch out for slips when using it! The pool offers an inflatable slide for children only. My child had a blast playing on it, but it's still important to prioritize safety. It can be a bit tricky to climb up the slide when wet. One thing that absolutely must be mentioned is that the hotel is connected to Megamall (which has Aeon/supermarket, etc.) – this is incredibly convenient! From Megamall, you can also access The Gardens Mall (known for luxury brands) via the basement level. Therefore, this hotel is extremely convenient because both malls are right downstairs. You'll never have to worry about food or drinks, and both malls have various playhouses, making it perfect for families with children. I would definitely bring my child to stay at this hotel again next time ❤️."
