Everything was great, except for the slightly dated facilities and the less-than-stellar room view. The price was reasonable, and it's within walking distance to KLCC. Breakfast was good, and they even provided bottled water. Downstairs, there's a local dim sum restaurant that's been around for over a decade, considered one of the top spots for morning tea in the area – expect a queue! If you don't book breakfast, definitely consider trying their dim sum; it's really delicious.

Absolutely exceptional stay! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient to explore everything around. I stayed in Room 1702 on the 17th floor, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The room was spotless, with excellent daily housekeeping, and the entire staff was outstanding — professional, friendly, attentive, and always easy to communicate with. Everything about my stay exceeded my expectations. Honestly, “Excellent” doesn’t even feel like a high enough rating for the level of service and experience I received. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Although I only stayed for one night, the room type was a two-bedroom suite with a city view. The room facilities were good, including a washing machine, dryer, and cooking hob. Overall, the staff were very professional, proactive, and friendly. The only thing that needs significant improvement is the room cleanliness. Upon check-in, I noticed many obvious debris particles on the dining table chairs that had not been cleaned. This was clearly a failure of the housekeeping staff to thoroughly clean, and a lack of follow-up and supervision from their superiors. However, one thing worth praising is the buffet breakfast, which was varied and abundant, with freshly squeezed juices. If the room cleanliness improves, I would definitely stay again.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The room looked exactly like the pictures – modern, cozy, spacious, and bright, making for a very comfortable experience. The high-floor view was incredible, offering direct sights of the Petronas Towers and KL Tower, beautiful both day and night, perfect for photos. The room was spotlessly clean, with fresh linens. The kitchen, washing machine, and other facilities were all there, making it super convenient for a multi-day stay. The location is prime, very close to the Petronas Towers, Pavilion, and the MRT station, making getting around a breeze. There are also plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The host was very responsive, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. They were patient and helpful with any questions we had, providing excellent service. Our family trip was incredibly comfortable, and it offered great value for money. We will definitely choose this place again on our next trip to Kuala Lumpur and highly recommend it to our friends. Deserves a five-star rating! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our second stay here, overall stay was still comfortable. The bed, Aircon and shower water pressure is comfortable. Service from hotel staff and room view is good. When we required items in the room, hotel staff will send it up very quickly! The few setbacks of this room is that the room and toilet floor is a little bit dirty, the same piece of dirt and dust was still on the floor throughout our entire stay since we checked in. There are days where housekeeping would top up our toilet rolls, facial tissue, glass bottled water (add in additional bottles for us) without us asking, and we really appreciate this housekeeper! But there was 2 days where it felt like the house keeper barely did anything. Did not refill anything in the room and only took out the trash. The door separating the toilet and the room was also jammed, it can't be closed fully. Also now there's no more ear plugs for us to use when sleeping, and the bedroom slipper material is extremely scratchy on the skin. As we really like this hotel, we hope this hotel can improve a little bit, so that we can stay here every year when we come back to KL.

I had a pleasant stay here. The staff personally accompanied me to the room and showed me the way to unlocked the main entrance door with code and access card. Check-in and check-out times are flexible—just inform the owner in advance. The room is clean and new, and the amenities are complete, including soap, shampoo, toothbrush, towels, slippers, an iron, hairdryer, mirror both in room and bathroom, air conditioner, fan, TV but you need to log in your own Netflix account for entertainment, small fridge, kitchen facilities, an oven, cooking utensils, plates and cutlery. They also provide two small bottles of mineral water. Plus, there’s a nice view of the twin towers from the window. Got unpleasant smell from the wardrobe but the owner explained that is for pest control.

An easy checked in and out procedure by the concierge. The suite was clean, spacious and had a beautiful view from balcony. It was equipped with a TV, fridge, kettle, microwave, three air conditioners, washing machine, dryer, detergent and toiletries. The parking lot was guarded. It was very convenient as Bila-Bila Mart and HWC cafeteria downstairs. Walking distance to Foodie @ Kuchai, durian store, chapel, shop lots and Econsave. Therefore, I strongly recommend this suite to all travellers at Kuala Lumpur!

Good stay overall. Check-in was smooth, location is convenient and the staff were mostly friendly. The room was comfortable and clean overall, though the toilet could be cleaner, especially the stains on the grout and walls. Our room was also next to the emergency stairs, so we kept hearing the door bang loudly. We did call to inform them, but it still happened right up until we checked out. Breakfast was a nice surprise, quite a few choices and everything we tried was good. The gym, pool and rooftop bar are a nice bonus too. The gym is at North, while the pool and rooftop bar are at South, and guests can use both. The pool could use better maintenance though, as we noticed some mould and debris floating in the water. Other than the noise, we had a pretty good stay.

2 bedrooms : - master room got air cond - medium roon no air cond - living room got air cond - no water filter. but they provide 2 water bottle in the beginning. not everyday - got microwave - got washing machine

Great location right within the chinatown street and very close to Petaling street. About 10 minutes walk from Pasar Seni LRT station. Room was good enough, but nothing special view from window as I expected for a deluxe room. Switching the lift at 2nd floor to go to the 6th floor was a bit of a headache when you are tired after a long journey, but then, its ok. Wifi connectivity was good.
