This is one of my best stays! Having the hugeee king bed to myself feels so good, the bed and pillow is comfortable too! Location wise, above Mid Valley makes it safe and accessible to variety of food options! Will definitely return!

The hotel is super clean and the prices are reasonable for the good location. It’s beside the malls and it’s super convenient, you get everything right there in the area. The over night carpark for hotel guests are only RM5 but do remember to get your vehicle validated before exiting!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Wonderful Stay! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The decoration was absolutely beautiful and thoughtfully done, making it extra special for my best friend. The room was very comfortable, clean, and cozy, providing a relaxing and enjoyable stay. A special thanks to Norizan ,Gee and Hasya for their amazing decoration hotel staffs were all very polite, friendly, and welcoming. Their warm hospitality made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our visit. Thank you for making our stay so memorable and special. We truly appreciate the excellent service and lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended, and I would definitely love to come back again!

The hotel is comfortable and incredibly convenient! The breakfast selection is quite rich, and my child enjoyed it thoroughly. I even made my own special rice dish every day – it was so delicious! The Teh Tarik (pulled tea) is also excellent and definitely worth a try. Furthermore, the guest rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The in-room Wi-Fi connection is smooth, and the beds are clean and comfortable. Outside the room, there's a water dispenser, so you can easily refill your water bottles, which is very eco-friendly ♻️👍🏻. The hotel has a swimming pool, but it usually states that there are no lifeguards on duty, so please be careful and watch out for slips when using it! The pool offers an inflatable slide for children only. My child had a blast playing on it, but it's still important to prioritize safety. It can be a bit tricky to climb up the slide when wet. One thing that absolutely must be mentioned is that the hotel is connected to Megamall (which has Aeon/supermarket, etc.) – this is incredibly convenient! From Megamall, you can also access The Gardens Mall (known for luxury brands) via the basement level. Therefore, this hotel is extremely convenient because both malls are right downstairs. You'll never have to worry about food or drinks, and both malls have various playhouses, making it perfect for families with children. I would definitely bring my child to stay at this hotel again next time ❤️.

An absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel's location is superb, making transportation incredibly convenient, and the surrounding amenities are excellent. The hotel's overall environment is comfortable and tidy, with complete and well-maintained facilities. The room was clean and spacious, making for a very comfortable experience. The staff were friendly and courteous, making us feel right at home. We were very satisfied with everything, from the hotel facilities, cleanliness, and location to the service.
