ibis Kuala Lumpur City Centre

This hotel boasts an excellent location in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, just a 10-minute walk from the Petronas Twin Towers. There are plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby, making it convenient to get around. The hotel environment is also quite good. Our room was very quiet as it had sealed windows. While not large, the room was well-equipped. The twin beds were a bit narrow but could be pushed together, which worked perfectly for a family of three. Another plus is the Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk, who were friendly and enthusiastic in helping Chinese guests with any issues. The hotel's swimming pool and gym are also decent, and breakfast was acceptable. Overall, if you can book it for under 500 (MYR/RMB), it's a highly recommended budget hotel with good value for money.

The service was enthusiastic, and the room was clean and tidy. There's a pool, gym, and spa on the top floor, and guests get a 10% discount at the spa, which was a great experience. The soundproofing, however, was just average.

The bedding was dirty with many red stains; there's no way it couldn't be washed clean, so it was probably not changed.

Good chain hotel. Breakfasts are good, you won't go hungry, and the breakfast times are convenient too, from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Unfortunately, a high floor doesn't always guarantee a good view; there's a building under construction right in front of our window. The room is clean, comfortable, and the bed is excellent.

The hotel is near the Petronas Twin Towers, but it's quite a walk to get there. The elevators are also very slow and noisy, so you have to wait a long time.

The ibis Kuala Lumpur City Centre is very close to the Twin Towers, making it convenient for city walks in Kuala Lumpur with good transportation links. Considering the location and room type, it offers decent value for money. The towels looked a bit old, so I used my own disposable bath towel. If you're looking to save money, this place is an option. While it's not exceptionally good, there are no issues staying here.

A really nice hotel, right in Kuala Lumpur city center. It's a lively hotel, saw a lot of foreigners. The room is great, the mattress is very good, and the shower water pressure is strong. It's clean.

The environment is good, close to the Petronas Twin Towers, and there are many dining options nearby. The breakfast is rich, and the check-in experience was pleasant. Plus, the front desk offers Chinese language service, which is highly recommended.

The hotel is quite well located, close to both the metro and the attractions. I enjoyed the breakfasts; there was a good selection of food, including fruits. I recommend it for an affordable stay in a decent location. The only drawback is the strong noise from the corridor.
