Huge suite with two living rooms, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The environment is fantastic, and the service is warm and friendly; the concierge service is excellent. They also offer Chinese-speaking room service. The facilities are comprehensive, and the infinity pool is perfect for Instagram-worthy photos.

Very cozy room for 1-2 person. All is okay however can improve the cleanliness and items provided in the room. For example the towel and shower area. Location is also very near to Chow Kit monorail. less than 5min walk.

Stayed at Vortex Suite here in Malaysia and overall it was a great experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and very convenient in terms of location. Everything we needed was easily accessible, and the amenities were well-maintained. What really made our stay even better was the excellent service we received from Mr. Shapon Alam. He was very accommodating, friendly, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. His professionalism and kindness truly stood out. Highly recommended, and special thanks to Mr. Shapon Alam — definitely a 10/10 for his service! 😌👏🏻✨

I had a really good stay at this apartment. The room was very nice, clean, and well-equipped. It had everything I needed: plates, slippers, a microwave, a kettle for heating water, a hairdryer, a ceiling fan, and air conditioning. The facilities were also good. There’s a pool and a simple gym. However, the pool was under maintenance for 1 out of the 2 days I stayed, so just keep in mind that it might sometimes be unavailable. The only downside was that at night there was a bad smell coming from the toilet in the bathroom. Despite that, I would still highly recommend this place.

The unit wasn't worth the price. Also, the RM200 deposit had to be paid online and takes 5 working days to be refunded. Why does it take so long to get a refund? There should be an option for guests to pay the deposit in cash and get it refunded upon check-out (since the homestay has a reception counter, it's not self-check-in). This issue of holding onto deposits for so long always happens... why can't they use the same method as hotels? I'll update how many days it takes for the homestay to refund my deposit.

We stayed in Room 2426 for two nights. The king-size bed room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. It included a sofa, table, TV, mini refrigerator, iron and ironing board, prayer mat, and extra pillows, which made the stay comfortable. Pros: Clean and spacious room. Comfortable king-size bed. Useful amenities provided (sofa, fridge, iron, prayer mat, etc.) Cons: No prior notification about the swimming pool closure; it was closed until 8 May. Breakfast at the ground floor restaurant was just average, with a menu that remained almost the same throughout our stay Overall, the room itself was excellent and well-prepared, but the lack of pool access and repetitive breakfast menu were disappointing.

Really love my 1 night stay here around April 2026 to prevent jet leg from my flight and just have some rest before my class starts. The hotel is located really in Chinatown but its like a combo of a shop infront of it and inside is the hotel and everything around there at night is just so fun and good to see , even get the view of the iconic Merdeka tower from my room though the window shape is a bit awkward. Though the train station is near you would need to walk abit to reach there and not recommended for someone who brings big luggages like me lol. Nevertheless the best stay and rest I ever had , everything is complete and cozy (hot water , basic shower stuff and aircond) even tho navigating in the hotel is abit confusing since the building is like a long stretch with different building combination.

The Riccarton Capsule Hotel offers an exceptional experience that blends affordability with modern comfort and style, making it a highly recommended choice, especially for solo or budget-conscious travelers. The Modern Capsule Experience Guests consistently praise the quality and comfort of the sleeping pods. The hotel's ”space-age vibe” is clean and futuristic, and the capsules themselves are designed for a surprisingly comfortable and private stay. • The pods are reported to be spacious, well-ventilated, and quiet. • The beds, sometimes described as featuring comfortable mattresses, are soft and cozy. • Capsules feature in-pod amenities like adjustable air conditioning, a mirror, and USB/universal power sockets. • The sliding door is lockable, giving a great sense of privacy and security within the dormitory setting. Outstanding Cleanliness and Facilities A standout feature is the hotel's commitment to cleanliness, both within the capsules and in the shared spaces. The facilities are modern and well-maintained. • Both the rooms and shared bathrooms/shower facilities are consistently found to be very clean and hygienic. • There is a popular rooftop chill-out area, offering guests a relaxing space with views outside of their capsule. • Practical amenities like a water cooler for hot/cold filtered water and a communal iron/ironing board are available. • Free daily services include fresh towels and slippers.
