This is my favorite hotel all the time whenever i come to KL. This is because the location is near to my office, near to restaurants and grocery stores. It is much easier and convenient for the traveller like me to get food. About the cleanliness in the room, i can say it is 6/10. Why? because when I enter the room, I can spot someone's hair on the bed and on the floor as well which it is not cleared properly by the cleaner.
There is also some stain on the bedsheets. In this situation, I can say u will get what u paid. With the cheap price in the center of KL, yeahhh u can tolerate a bit if it is for a short stay..

Every time I'm in Kuala Lumpur for business, I stay here. The location is incredibly convenient, making it super easy to get to all the major malls and restaurants in the city center. The best part is the price, which is very budget-friendly, and the front desk staff all speak Chinese, making check-in a breeze. Of course, the hotel has been open for a while, so many room details are starting to show their age, especially the bathrooms – some even lack doors now, and the toiletries are extremely basic. But for this price in the capital, what more can you ask for? It's definitely the king of value for money!

On our arrival, the room wasn't done with thorough housekeeping, a ball of hair flying when switched on the fan, bathroom floor and wall are really dirty. Fridge, induction cooktop, microwave, pots & some basic kitchen appliances were provided ( 👍🏻👍🏻) but the kettle was really dirty inside and the smell was awful. When raised this issue, we were given a brand new kettle replacement (🙏🏻🙏🏻).
Out of 4 nights stay, 3 days we have access card issue. Due to their fasting period, we can't get help ASAP when we need it. Couldn't access to the lift, out of the 6 lifts, we tried 2 or 3 lifts each time to be able to use the access card. Waiting for the lift can take a long time as the hotel has 41 floors and there were too many guests. There wasn't proper communication among the staff to help out with our access card issue. Expecting the guests to go to and fro, to solve the issue (total disaster). I am never going back to this Hotel and I totally won't recommend friends to stay here either.

Right next to the hotel, there’s a 7-Eleven and a shopping mall, so getting food and daily essentials is very convenient.
For the price per night, the room is incredibly good value. It’s spacious, clean, and suitable for families too. The lobby looks great, and overall the stay feels very worthwhile for what you pay.
The hotel also has its own restaurant and a swimming pool, which are nice added perks — although I didn’t get the chance to try them.
I would definitely come back again.

This hotel offer double room with spacious room rather than other hotel budget. The services included receptionist and other staff quite helpful during our stay. Even the hotel is not soundproof, we still can hear noise from other rooms but still soundproof from outside environment. Near to Ampang point is bonus if guest want to eat. Problems with the hotel is limited parking and tv is not have channel. Even the staff try to help still we cannot access the tv chanel. Bedsheets still have stain. But overalls services we still satisfied the price offered

I used a voucher I bought earlier, and booked it right away. For the location and the actual experience, it was a good deal. However, it's a bit strange that the regular room rates were also very cheap when I checked later, so the voucher didn't offer a particularly high value for money. Plus, it's difficult to get a refund or exchange, so it's worth comparing prices.
Overall, the experience was quite good. The decor is new, the front desk staff are efficient, and the soundproofing is good. The dedicated drinking water tap is a huge plus. However, the TV had no signal when I turned it on, and I tried all the input sources without success. Also, perhaps for environmental reasons, the trash cans don't have liners, so guests who mind might need to put one in themselves.

I’ve stayed at Hotel Maluri multiple times, and the experience has always been consistently good.
Parking is very convenient as it’s located within the hotel premises, which makes things much easier especially if you’re driving. One of the highlights is the café inside the hotel, Gajah Tiga — the food there is really delicious, so you don’t even have to go out to find good meals.
What stands out the most is the excellent service from the staff. They are friendly, responsive, and very helpful. Whenever I requested extra towels, prayer mat, or shower gel, everything was delivered quickly without any hassle.
Overall, a comfortable and reliable place to stay. Definitely recommended, and I’ll surely come back again.

Stayed here for a night as a driving pitstop. First off, great location. No comments on it seeing that it is very near to Pavillion and KLCC. But one thing to note is that the hotel is inside the Intermark building, as such, utilization of the lifts is extremely pain-staking as the employees of the business buildings and the other commuters would be using it as well. I personally have to wait roughly 5 minutes for the lifts to reach me on average for accessing my car at the basement carparks. On a clearer side, the Hotel gave us their legendary Cookies upon checking in😍🥰 That clearly lofted the mood for a bit. Room was great. Beddings and lavatory are immaculate:) The breakfast was super bountiful! I highly recommend to give it a try during your stays in the future. All in all, if you’re not driving, then the establishment is highly recommended. 👍

What really made the stay special was the wonderful service from the entire team. The door staff greeted us with warm smiles, the front desk handled our check-in smoothly and kindly, and the buffet staff were always friendly and attentive. Everyone we met made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay.
Our room was spacious, spotless and very well maintained. Housekeeping did an amazing job everything was clean, neat, and thoughtfully prepared. It really made us feel relaxed and at home. The level of cleanliness was excellent and definitely stood out.
We also enjoyed the food, which had a nice variety and was very satisfying. Overall, the experience felt pleasant, comfortable, and welcoming in every way.
Thank you to the whole team for such a lovely stay. We left with great memories and would happily return again in the future.

NNan Zun Phyu We had a pleasant experience overall. The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions. The buffet breakfast was decent with a good variety.
The facilities were a highlight of our stay. The premier gym is spacious and well-equipped, the swimming pool is clean and inviting, and the sauna is a great addition for relaxation. I also appreciated the convenience of having a salon and massage services located on level one.
Another nice perk is the Hard Rock Café on the ground floor, which offers a 15% discount for hotel guests when you show your room key.
Most importantly, the staff were polite, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
As a suggestion, it would be even better if the hotel could include a nail salon in its facilities to provide a more complete wellness experience.
Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay with good facilities and service. Will definitely recommend to others and come back to stay here again.

GGuest UserBooked a two-bedroom Twin Towers suite, and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent soundproofing of the executive apartment, along with service standards on par with a star-rated hotel. After looking into the group, I found out it's a well-established chain.
I accidentally left an item behind in the hotel. When I went back the same day to retrieve it, the concierge staff, especially AMIERAL, was incredibly helpful and patient in assisting me to find it. My sincere thanks to them!
Given its fantastic location and suitability for family and parent-child vacations, I'll definitely be returning to stay here in the future. I highly recommend it for families with children nearing adulthood or those with two children.
The view is absolutely stunning, offering an unobstructed panorama of both the Twin Towers, the tallest building, and the TV tower from a single suite.

What really made our stay even better was the excellent service we received from Mr. Shapon Alam. He was very accommodating, friendly, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. His professionalism and kindness truly stood out.

KkarmaenlightI stayed in this hotel for the second time, but this time my experience was not the same as first time.
The hotel is good enough actually for the price. But if you want an advice, then I recommend to go for the better room (not a standard room). Delux or premium is just wonderful for it's price. But this time I went for standard and it's so much worse (now I can understand negative reviews on this hotel: that all comes from a standard room experience). Well, the room is okay, but really, in KL there are so many options to stay that the standard room looks poor and old. It's quite small also. Better type of the rooms are not much expensive but it's big and much much better. So I really suggest to upgrade the room and to have a great experience of stay rather than save a few dollars and to stay in standard room.
The location of the hotel is central and this makes it very much worthy anyway. Petronas towers just 15 minutes walk. River of life is also not far away. It's a good central location, no doubts.
Cleaning of the room is good. Every day someone comes to clean the room, to give some water bottles and to change the towels. They change bedsheets every two days.
There is an AC in the room but it seems to me to be a bit old, so it's not that powerful (even on maximum cool mode). But it works, it was enough for me. It's ok if the weather is not too hot. If it's really hot, I am not sure if this AC is enough. Or it's ok if you don't like when AC is too strong.
The hotel has some problems with insects (though it's not that bad, it felt clean enough, but sometimes you can see). While I stayed there in December and in March, they had something to with it (kinda spray shots as a part of cleaning). If it bothers you, better not to go there. I did feel bad about it. No smell. Just a single shot of spray in the bathroom and that's it. My friend didn't like that it happened at all. But what can they do? The hotel tries its best to keep the building clean. So sometimes there is no other way because insects might come and it's better to prevent it.
I met different managers of the reception and the guy was really good and friendly. And both ladies were not friendly at all. They made me pay the taxes again though it was already included in the price. Then I had to show them the proof that I have already paid it. No apology. On the contrary, she blamed me in her mistake and behaved so much unfriendly that my friend was saddened by it a lot. We got a refund, but really, this was unpleasant. When the guy is there, he smiles and he is happy to held. But not the lady.
Overall, the price of this hotel is cheap and I would recommend it for a location. If you can go for a better room, then it's worthy of staying there. Won't come again in a standard room.
The swimming pool is beautiful and there is almost noone there. It's a plus point. They also have sauna for men and sauna for women. But you have to press the button to make it work in advance (20 minutes before you plan to visit), otherwise it's not hot there (because there are almost no people). You can swim in the pool while it's getting hot there. Sauna and pool are really good there and it's a plus point for this hotel.
Breakfast is average. Actually there are many dishes and it's good enough, but the general impression is just okay okay. Everything is there, I can't say anything bad. But if you are not too fond of having breakfast in hotels and if you prefer to sleep long, then really, you better sleep, it's just an okay breakfast.

The front desk staff spoke excellent English and were very quick and helpful in answering questions on WhatsApp. Minor issues were promptly addressed by maintenance. I would like to leave my comments separately.
1. Location.
Since it is located in the heart of theKuala Lumpur infront of huge city and mountain providies great view just from the hotel.
2. Service.
Stuffs are really friendly and open to help you every second that You never face problem.
＞Sheets, Pillows, Duvet and Curtaion are always clean and have great scent.
＞Floor, Window, Beds, wall and stairs are well painted andcleaned by the people.
＞There are always several clean towels near your bathroom and they wash them daily. in addition bodywash and shampoo is also available. I brought my hygienic stuffs but I didn't use becasue all is provided by the hotel.
＞Althought Malysia is really hot, insideof the Hotel is amzingly cool which provides you great stay there.
＞There are 3 wifi lines just in case, if the hotel filled with a lot of people.
＞Morni;g And Evening view is awsome next to bathroom that you can spend sometime there.
＞If you.want to do your loundry, just near the hotel there are alot of washing machines.
＞ If you need any help regarding to Transportation, Clothes, Gifts, or visiting places they help you a lot.
3. Opportunities near the hotel
＞Hotel is located in really comfortable place if you turn left you can see andhaveyour meals in affordable restaurants cafes and next to hotel located 7 eleven which provides you great affordable stuffs andwhem you turn right you can see really beautiful green hill view that you can see the city easily.
4. People's Manners
There in not possible to be in the noisy spot. Inside the hotal is so silent and quiet. If you make noise the manager warns you to stop to do that.
5. Condition inside the hotel
＞Starting with bed all things sheet duvet and pillows are so so clean and have great thai scent.
＞Next Inside your hotel there is the place where you can charge your phones anddigital devices.
＞Additionally, I never expected this, there is the light inside your bed whoch provides you enought light inside your bed. You can swtch it on and off anytime.
＞ Inside your bed there will also haveline to put your clothes and items on the hunger. Oversll the bed is really big and super comfortable.
＞If yiu have any exlensive and valuable stuffs, they give you the keys of the locker where you can keep anything inside.
＞on the 2 floor there are 2 sofas which focused the view of the gree mountains that you can watch and read book.
＞Besides sofa there are a tabel andtwo chairs on both floors.
＞Inside hotel each floor includes 2 air conditioner which you can sleep well.
6. Outsideof the hotel.
Appearance of the hotel is so colourful and beautiful, where you can enjoy when you come back.
＞Near the window outside there is the small cuty tablle and chairs where you can read books (I saw some books on the tabel) or you can smoke cigorette.
＞There are 2 laundry lines and where you can dry up your clothes andit has several hungers.
6. Personal Advice
Never bring your soup or shampoo since it is provided py the hotel.
Try to bring one clean slipper with yourself to put on while you are inside because your shoes which you use outside is not allowed to put inside.
Be Ready to be shocked that you will se the wonderfull view from the both windows on the 2 floors.
Try to be qiuet and speak with lower voise to not distrub the people inside.
AS I SAID THE STUFF AND PEOPLE THARE ARE SO FRIENDLE AND GENTLE. FOREVER.
