"The hotel concierge staff was very helpful and friendly. My colleagues and I stayed for three nights in one of their suites, and the room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Over 50% of the breakfast spread consisted of Indian cuisine, but overall, it was still enjoyable. Ultimately, it was the excellent customer service that left a lasting impression on us."

"Most stunning and Incredible hotel and stay. All the staff right from the entrance, to check in desk, porters, security to house keeping were all excellent and very friendly. Breakfast options were always very good and plentiful but I would advise going early to avoid queues and sitting outside where I didn't find the service to be very good on the one day we had to sit outside. The management really went out of their way for us to help us with a few issues we had. Rooms on certain floors are very dated and can do with some improvements but they are aware of this already."

"⭐ Review for The Sahil Hotel, Mumbai I recently visited The Sahil Hotel in Mumbai, and it was a really pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and helpful from the start, and the check-in process was quick. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything arranged neatly. The location is convenient too—close to major areas in South Mumbai, which makes it easy to get around. The food at the hotel restaurant was tasty and had good variety. Overall, it felt safe, calm, and welcoming. If you're looking for a comfortable stay in Mumbai with good service, The Sahil is a solid choice."

"The Trident Hotel in Mumbai delivers exceptional, five-star service across every team. Check-in staff are welcoming and efficient, restaurant staff attentive and friendly, and housekeeping meticulous and professional - i love the mangoes they put in the room daily. The property is beautiful, but the consistently high-quality, genuine care from all departments makes the stay truly stand out. Highly recommended for a stress-free, luxurious experience."

"Male, 32yrs. Stayed here from 28th - 30th January 2026. From the moment i saw the entrance, security guard & Bellboy, I knew this was going to be a place of safety, peace & rest from the hustle & bustle of Bombay. It is a hidden gem ticked away given the surroundings it is located in. Staff were lovely, interior of the hotel is up-to-date, rooms were perfectly fine, even had British 3 pin sockets installed. Breakfast was included, limited selection. Location of the hotel is quite good to explore the south of Mumbai, however I found it to be a little challenging getting a taxi to this area but with some patience managed. There is public transport including the train station & buses in walking distance, many variety of shops and market in the area. The hotel does have a roof terrace which appears to be only used during events however you do get an almost 360 view of the city as there aren't any tall buildings blocking your view close by so is quite a good vantage point for pictures etc. Overall I would gladly stay here again."

"Rooms are very clean and hygienic. Very supportive staff and service. I stayed with my family, very safe for ladies and girls.quick response from reception as well. I always recommend to stay at city Guest House. Food you can order in your room or you can take a food at Sai Sagar restaurant opposite city guest house. Very valuable and testy food. "

"The room was extraordinary. The food was homely. It’s a centrally located in bandra. G my stay comfortable pleasant enjoyable and memorable. The hotel is located in a centralised place with all the eateries, hair salon, shopping complexes are walking distance. Keep up the great hospitality and service beyond self."
