"Wonderful hotel. The rooms are clean and quiet, with everything you need. They let me check in early and extended my stay until 2 PM for free. You can also store your luggage. The staff are very attentive and caring. Any issues or requests can be sent via WhatsApp, and they respond quickly. You can use the pools at both this hotel and the Oberoi hotel. The spa offers excellent massages. Breakfasts are delicious. The hotel is located on the promenade, and you can walk to the Gateway of India, which is about 2 km away, or take a taxi for 120-150 rupees. Highly recommend!"

"The location is perfect, near the metro. A few minutes and anywhere in Mumbai. Next to you can have lunch, whatever you buy. Staff is kind. All our wishes were quickly decided. The rooms are clean, no insects. The walls are under the plaster, so the guests are where the suitcase is locked or anything else. But the hotel is not guilty of this. Do not overpaint the same rooms after each customer. The room for us was close, but it is our problems. We knew what we were going on. The hotel is good for your money. Thank you!!!!"

"The location of the hotel is excellent in terms of its convenience to Nariman Point and Colaba. The rooms are spacious and the bed linen is clean. The staff is pleasant and helpful. My only complaint was the breakfast. The breakfast is a little overpriced for what they offer. The service at the breakfast buffet was a little indifferent. The choice and taste of the breakfast is average. Must drop into Geoffrey’s bar located on the ground floor. Quiet bar with nice decor. Overall, a pleasant experience from all aspects"

"The hotel is nice, the front desk very helpful, the only thing i didnt like was location, i expected something else but i got their half day tour and it was great, very nice and patient driver. Tv didnt work, internet was for two devices only and room a bit small but safe with locker to leave stuff in the room and very clean."

"A solid hotel in the ”old” part of Mumbai. Location is great - close to the metro station with a direct connection to the airport. Nothing to complain about in terms of staff attitude, cleanliness or amenities. My room was good. The only downside about the room is the AC location: right in front of the bed, and it blows directly at you. Please also keep in mind that there's active construction works literally behind the wall. They finish by 9 PM, but a day time nap or just a chill in the room just won't happen."

"Situated at Nana Chowk, Grant Road, the establishment offers convenient access, being only 200 meters from Grant Road local station. The food was delectable, though the variety was somewhat limited and repetitive over the days. The rooms were well-maintained and clean. However, the gym features outdated equipment that is not well maintained. Overall, it was a positive experience."

"The breakfast which was included was above our expectations and the staff there were very friendly. There was also snacks available in the afternoon which was a nice touch as the food was very good. The location of the hotel was good for the south of Mumbai and only 35 mins from the airport in a car. If you have a lot of activities in the north I would maybe recommend against this hotel as there would be a lot of travelling.The door staff and bell boys were also very polite and would go out of their way to do things for you. Unfortunately the worst part of our experience was the reception staff who gave you the feeling of being a burden. A lot of requests and questions were met with short answers and not much of a smile. Lastly the layout of our room was strange with the bed in the centre of the room and next to the phone on the wall which you would knock off the handle if you moved in the night. Also the room was different to the pictures on the site."
