Amazing
AAnnaVVWe stayed for 2 nights at the Taj Mahal Tower. Unfortunately, when booking, there were no rooms left in the main Taj building, so I was a bit apprehensive. However, in the end, we had absolutely no regrets, quite the opposite! All the buildings are connected, so you essentially use the same pool and public areas. You can easily walk to the main building and admire it from the inside. It's a magnificent hotel with superb service, and I'm even a little glad we stayed in the Tower. Firstly, the Tower is taller, which means the Gateway of India is right at your fingertips.

Amazing
DD.SriramThe Taj is always going to be superb, of course, and this one is no exception. Two small points - 1. For some reason I had to keep re - signing in to the same WiFi network when I went from the room to various public areas of the hotel 2. There was a peculiar smell of drains in the corridors outside my room which never entirely went away Barring that of course, marvelous hotel, lovely staff, amazing breakfast buffet, super rooms, very nice pool and gym.

BBharat61I stayed at The St. Regis Mumbai for two nights last week and had an excellent experience. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff maintained a high level of professionalism throughout my stay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered an impressive city view. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive, ensuring everything was in order without needing to request anything. Although I did not try the breakfast service, I did visit the bar on the 37th floor, which was a highlight of the stay. The night views from the top were outstanding, and the atmosphere was refined yet vibrant. The service team at the bar was attentive, and the overall experience made for an enjoyable evening. Overall, The St. Regis Mumbai delivered a high-quality stay with strong service standards and a well-maintained property. I would highly recommend it for both business and leisure travel.

GGuest UserWe recently stayed at The Westin to celebrate my wife Ritika’s birthday, and I must say – the entire experience was wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and attention to detail were impressive. A special thanks to Jasmina, who took care of every arrangement perfectly. Her efforts truly made the occasion memorable for us. The decor, the room setup, and the overall vibe reflected warmth and elegance. The entire staff was courteous, well-behaved, and extremely professional. Everyone made sure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommend The Westin for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion. Thank you once again for making Ritika’s birthday so special!

BBhavya VaghasiaIt was a great experience. The restaurants are nice albeit you need to be sure if you like the authetic flavours from South Indian cuisine. As the paneer dish tasted a bit bitter due to different spices used in South Indian cuisine. Overall, great hotel and it is a peaceful to be in the large high ceiling lobby.

GGuest UserThe yoga courses and Zimbabwe courses are not there but they will pretend that they are there. I asked 4 times to get the schedules through email but that email never came . Be careful cause the security at swimming pool is just like a decoration cause everyone can enter without having the room card to the swimming pool area by just jumping in while some clients are entering. And maybe there is a collaboration with the staff because actually in such beggars clothes how can they pass unobservant even the main door of the reception of the hotel! They have strict policies about cancellation which normally all the other marriotts of the world have..specially with clients who have diamond and travel genius highest level as vip clients .they dont consider that they stayed the entire week 7 days and it can happen that the last day some unpredictable work thing can happen. The 24 /7 service is just a fake thing cause if you call at a normal 10 pm the person's who ll pick up the phone after a LONG wait they still make you wait for the next morning for the concerned person to come and ask. They say ”we ll call you back but that call never comes” .

CCheryl UKI requested a very quiet room, and upon check-in, I was assured room 101 was a very quiet room. I really needed to sleep between my 2 flights. As soon as I entered my room, I went to bed and fell asleep, only to be woken up quite soon afterwards by the sound of banging - not sure what it was - drawers, cupboards, doors. Then I heard someone walking around wearing very heavy footwear, so I called reception and fortunately they put a stop to it. But then it seemed like they were doing construction work in the room above me - they started hammering!!! Yes, HAMMERING!!!!! Followed by DRILLING!!!! No chance whatsoever of any sleep! I called reception again, and they stopped the hammering and the drilling. A few minutes of peace, and then the people in room 137 put their TV on at FULL VOLUME !!! It was so loud that the television might just as well have been in my room. I put my dress on over my nighty, and went round to room 137, and asked the young girl to turn down the TV, which she did, for a little while. Zero chance of any rest, zero chance of any sleep. Even though this is an airport hotel, there is NO SOUNDPROOFING, so basically you can hear absolutely everything going on in all the rooms around you. Staff were very nice, and were always trying to do their best to ensure a pleasant stay, but all this noise is clearly the fault of the senior management. Hammering and drilling are not what one associates with a Hilton airport hotel room!!!!

KKusalka HerathMy stay at the Radisson Mumbai had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable, but the ongoing construction was a major issue. The noise was persistent, and on one day, the hammering was so loud, it was right next to my room, making it impossible to rest or sleep properly. A particularly frustrating experience was at the GOMA restaurant. We ordered a course meal and specifically asked about portion sizes beforehand, being told that each portion would be suitable for one person. However, when the food arrived, the portions were large enough for more than two people. We had to cancel the main course and other dishes as we couldn’t finish the earlier ones. Despite this, we were charged for the entire course. It's the restaurant’s duty to accurately inform guests about portion sizes, and this miscommunication led to an unfortunate dining experience. That said, the staff in other areas truly stood out. Shivam and Vijay from the restaurant were incredibly attentive, always remembering my regular orders and ensuring I had my coffee packed when I was rushing to work. Jaytin from Musafar Restaurant was a big help with packed lunches, always providing us with delicious food and paying close attention to our preferences. Arjun from in-room dining was consistently polite and friendly, making every meal delivery a pleasant experience. While the hotel had its challenges, the efforts of these staff members helped improve my stay.

AAnonymous UserI stayed for 2 nights on Friday and Saturday. The first floor was a club, and the music was echoing with a lot of explosions from around 20:00 to around 26:00. Recommended for club lovers. It is good because it is close to India gate and each tourist attraction, but it is painful in the lack of sleep. The window in the room is not key. Easy to intrude. The bathroom is so water pressure in the shower, the window is not completely closed, and there is no net door and the insect is easy to enter. No toilet paper. No toothbrush. There is body soap and shampoo. No conditioner. Breakfast is not rich in variety, but not bad. The breakfast venue is quite difficult to understand. The breakfast venue staff is blunt, but it is effective and kind. In the morning, there was a newspaper at the entrance of the room. The hotel corridor and stairs are relatively clean. There is a PC work desk, but the chair is high.
