"Observed and experienced only hotel for the 9 days trip in India from Delhi to agra, to Juipur to Mumbai, and really helped customers nor doing the work for tips. Housekeeping guy was very considerable and helpful in sending extra towel, a soft and a hard pillow for my kid to sleep better. "Advantages: The service is very good, the breakfast is very clean and rich, and the service of the restaurant staff is very good. Disadvantages: The hotel is old, the room has no paper towels, the floor is not mopped clean, and the air conditioning is loud."

"The location is perfect, near the metro. A few minutes and anywhere in Mumbai. Next to you can have lunch, whatever you buy. Staff is kind. All our wishes were quickly decided. The rooms are clean, no insects. The walls are under the plaster, so the guests are where the suitcase is locked or anything else. But the hotel is not guilty of this. Do not overpaint the same rooms after each customer. The room for us was close, but it is our problems. We knew what we were going on. The hotel is good for your money. Thank you!!!!"

"The hotel concierge staff was very helpful and friendly. My colleagues and I stayed for three nights in one of their suites, and the room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Over 50% of the breakfast spread consisted of Indian cuisine, but overall, it was still enjoyable. Ultimately, it was the excellent customer service that left a lasting impression on us."

"Hotel is 10 minutes walk to the mall and easy to access most parts of city by taxis but there is a slum right next to the hotel. Also stray dogs barking in middle of night so sleep is disturbed with the sound around 3 or 4 am. Room is tiny and lacks any space. Very inconvenient to keep any of your stuff even in bathroom."

It's super ultra clean. hygienic, great food and HUGE rooms. u won't see rooms this big anywhere else in main mumbai city. it's got everything one needs n feels luxurious as well. "The staff of the hotel are absolutely wonderful and eager to help with anything you may need! The location is not great if you don’t need the nearby train station and you’re there to do the tourist attractions but it is quieter than the south Mumbai area in the evenings. The hotel has its own restaurant and the food is excellent, highly recommend their Indian breakfast dishes."

"Situated at Nana Chowk, Grant Road, the establishment offers convenient access, being only 200 meters from Grant Road local station. The food was delectable, though the variety was somewhat limited and repetitive over the days. The rooms were well-maintained and clean. However, the gym features outdated equipment that is not well maintained. Overall, it was a positive experience."
