"At the end of 3 weeks in India, we decided to treat ourselves. This proved to a great stay. Really enjoyed our stay here, after exploring Mumbai during the day this was a great place to retire to in the evenings. Breakfast was excellent and the coffee good. Room was spacious (ours was 304) and really pleasing to spend time in. The hotel has some very cool artwork on the walls, we walked down rather than use the lift to take these all in every time. The restaurant / bar manager was exceptional, attention to detail and service was wonderful. Food was excellent, with a choice of 'European' and Indian dishes and had a great bar which had plenty of local clientele We had an early flight (08.40) and we left the hotel by uber at 06.00 having settled up the night before, the journey was really easy and we where at the airport by 06.20. It's doubtful we return to Mumbai as there is so much more to explore within India. but if we do I know exactly where we would be booking to stay again. Loved it"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Taj Mahal Hotel, Mumbai. The staff service was exceptional, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The team was always checking if we needed anything or if housekeeping was required, which made us feel truly well looked after. The breakfast buffet staff were extremely attentive and helpful. They went out of their way to assist us and provide items we requested, even when they were not listed on the menu. Their goal was clearly to ensure that guests enjoy their meal and leave happy. A special mention goes to their unique Food Spa service, where hot water is provided for soaking the feet for relaxation. This service can be requested and is delivered to the room within around 20 minutes, which was a very thoughtful and relaxing experience. Thank you to the entire team for a memorable and pleasant stay."
