Bloom Hotel - Juhu
"I had an early morning flight so booked Bloom Hotel, Juhu. I went for the rating and the online photos, but felt a bit disappointed after seeing the actual room. To start with, hotel's restaurant was under renovation and from 3-7pm, the drilling and hammering sound ruined my nap. The room was okay. The overall colour tone and feel starts hurting your eyes after sometime. The bathroom was too small and had lights issue. The bed was good and I had a good sleep at night. Overall, an average stay as there are many better options at the similar price. Can be skipped."

"Stunningly remodeled with subtle elegance and tremendous attention to design. The two room ocean view suite might make my top 10 list of favorite hotel rooms around the world. A stunning lobby too with abundant natural light. A great breakfast buffet and I love that they still deliver a selection of print newspaper in the morning. Service is strong but sometimes a little uneven, as some staff almost try to do too much, while at other times (like in the lobby Champagne bar) they don’t manage to ask for additional staffing help when it might be useful. I wish they didn’t have plastic pods for the nespresso machines, given what we know about microplastics and hot water. Nice though they have glass bottles for water and metal for toiletries. I ate the bananas first from the fruit in the room and they were replaced during turn-down service! The pool is a bit small for the number of guests who might like to use it. By far the best choice in Mumbai if you want to be near Colaba and the southern part of the city, versus the Four Seasons or St Regis further north. I find this much more appealing than the Taj as a smaller and more refined property and with a better few, and less tourist foot traffic. I would give it overall a stringent 4.75 / five stars but would say it can compete easily amongst the top 50-100 urban hotels of the world."

We Took screen presentor as value addition at 1k to Run Taylor Swift Eras tour. Couldn't run Taylor Swift Eras Tour as they didn't have paid subscription hence we asked for refund. They didn't give moneyback saying it was our fault and made us chase between hotel and event co-ordinator. Unprofessional behaviour from Dragonfly staff and Event co-operator."
