Fantastic location! After getting off the bus from the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge's Hong Kong Port, I took Citybus A11 directly to Luard Road. The hotel is just a 100-meter walk from there. Wan Chai MTR station is only 200 meters away, making it easy to get to Tsim Sha Tsui's Avenue of Stars. On the second day, Disneyland was only an hour away. On the third day, I took the high-speed rail from West Kowloon, which was a convenient 40-minute MTR ride. It was incredibly convenient!
From Tsim Sha Tsui Pier, you can take the Star Ferry to Central, then hop on a Ding Ding tram straight back to the hotel. Travel costs were very low.
There are tons of great food options nearby. I didn't book breakfast at the hotel, but the nearby Red City cha chaan teng offered high-quality and affordable breakfast. Within 100 meters, there's a budget-friendly Wellcome supermarket. Even after watching the fireworks at Disneyland late at night, I could still find char siu rice nearby. Of course, there are also Korean restaurants, two-dish rice shops, and Yang Guo Fu mala tang in the vicinity.
The hotel has a fridge. For this price in Hong Kong, staying in a hotel like this is excellent value for money.
Located close to the Causeway Bay MTR station, The Charterhouse is within walking distance of the Jumbo Sogo department store and a number of bars and restaurants. The Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre and the shopping options near Central are also just a short cab ride away. Rooms at this Hong Kong hotel have a homey feel and offer LED TVs, safes, mini-bars and central air-conditioning. The Charterhouse's signature "S Floor" rooms, suites and studios feature more contemporary designs, rain showers, signature beds, personalized service and numerous other designer touches. Free Wi-Fi is also available in guestrooms. This hotel houses a number of dining options which serve a la carte and buffet meal options, as well as a bar and lounge.A fitness center can also be found on-site.

We stayed for three nights. The first night, we booked a family room for three people, and the second and third nights, we originally booked a superior room for two. When checking in, the hotel staff, considering the hassle of moving and storing luggage if we had to switch rooms, simply extended our family room booking for all three nights. The family room had two large double beds. Although the room's facilities were a bit dated, the larger beds made for a more comfortable sleep.
The hotel is conveniently located near an A11 bus stop, which offers direct service to Hong Kong International Airport. From the airport, you can take bus A11 and get off at the Tonnochy Road stop, then it's just a few minutes' walk to the hotel. When heading to the airport, you'll also take bus A11, but be aware that the bus stop name is different; you'll need to board at the Stewart Road stop on Gloucester Road to go to the airport.

You really have to experience it for yourself to get the full picture.
Service Attitude: Everyone was incredibly kind and nice. My child was speaking English at the front desk, and I was assisting. The staff were very respectful, leaning in to patiently communicate with my child eye-to-eye and thoroughly addressing all our questions. Before we headed to our room, a lovely staff member even asked us if it was our first time in Hong Kong and if we knew where to eat out. So thoughtful!
Room Cleanliness: Connecting rooms. The room size is quite spacious for a Hong Kong hotel, and the sofa can even sleep one person. The attendant very nicely brought us an extra duvet and pillow. The room was clean and tidy, equipped with disposable toothbrushes, slippers, and mineral water. The dampness is 'standard' for a hotel by the sea, so we just opened the curtains every morning to let in the sun.
Room Soundproofing: Not soundproof at all. The room next door was watching TV until past 1 AM. I finally managed to fall asleep with my headphones on.

Elysion Hotel is very near shopping district of Causeway Bay, where you can find Donki Quiote Japanese Store 24H open. Wellcome supermarket, Muji, Ikea, Sogo Mall & Hysan Mall, near Bakehouse, Nike Adidas, Apple store. There are luxury shops too. Big bonus!! A currency exchange & 711 at the corner. Opposite side is where Starbucks, McDonalds and convenience stores are located. Trams & Bus stops are just a few steps outside the hotel and sandwiched between 2 MTR stations - Tin Hau & Causeway Bay. Tin Hau is less crowded and nearest to the hotel. So this place is the best location for everything, its clean, cheap and they accomodatee us for an early check in which is great.

I had a great stay at the Burlington Hotel in Wan Chai as a solo traveler. The location is one of the biggest advantages — it’s only a short walk to the Wan Chai MTR station and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores, making it very easy to explore Hong Kong.
Located right in the city centre of Hong Kong, where heritage meets contemporary, Dorsett Wanchai, Hong Kong is only 8-minute walk from Time Square Shopping Mall and Causeway Bay MTR station. Complimentary shuttle bus service towards Causeway Bay MTR station/ Causeway Bay Plaza 2, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre in Wan Chai, Airport Express Line Hong Kong Station in Central and Central Harbourfront Event Space is available daily, while tram and bus stops are on the property’s doorstep. Most of the elegantly furnished rooms offer a commanding view of the famous Happy Valley Racecourse, including the Deluxe Triple Room, Deluxe Family Quad Room and a series of theme suites.Other facilities include 3T Bar, newly renovated gym room, and pillar-less Xin Hua Room for meeting and events accommodating up to 140 guests.

Free upgrade to a premium room (with view): Very good, the city view was especially beautiful, and the front desk staff had excellent service.
Hotel shuttle bus service: Very convenient, it can reach many major tourist attractions.
Due to Hong Kong's plastic ban, free toothbrushes are not provided, but you can buy one for one dollar from a vending machine, so you don't need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. The hotel is right next to Happy Valley, and it's not too far to walk to Causeway Bay, so the overall location is very good.
Located in downtown Hong Kong and just a stone’s throw from the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre and a myriad of tourist attractions, Wanchai 88 showcases a trendy setting and a comfortable atmosphere with thoughtfully designed lighting. Featuring spacious rooms with handy service and facilities, the boutique hotel offers you a pleasant stay in this metropolis where Eastern traditions blend perfectly with the Western cultures.

This hotel is conveniently located near the Wan Chai MTR station, making it easy to get around. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the staff are friendly. The high-floor rooms offer great views. However, the hotel doesn't have many extra facilities, so you'll need to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers.
The Emperor Hotel is the flagship store of the Emperor Group in Hong Kong. The design is fashionable and novel, the layout is luxurious and comfortable, and the high-quality service is more personalized. Located in the prosperous heartland of Causeway Bay and Wan Chai on the Hong Kong Island for food, entertainment, shopping and business, the location is superior and the transportation is convenient.
In addition to providing comfortable and exquisite rooms and suites, the Emperor Hotel also has a variety of dining options, including the award-winning famous Michelin star Chuanyue Restaurant "Junjing Xuan". Our Monkey Cafe where the taste buds bloom and the top-floor lounge “The Crown” overlooking the charming night view of the city are great for wine.

We stayed here for 3nights, the hospitality is good and we stayed in the third floor because we prefer single double beds but if u prefer to see the sceneric view u should choose one queen bed. Anyways the receptionist will ask which option do u prefer.
Ps. the aroma once walking into the hotel is so goo

The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The A11 bus to the airport is also not far away. It's just a 5-minute walk to the MTR station. The room was clean, though admittedly not large, but perfectly fine for two people. Considering the area, the price was very reasonable. I'd definitely stay here again.
Conveniently located in Wan Chai, WHARNEY HOTEL is a 3-minute walk from the MTR Wan Chai Station and less than a 10-minute walk from the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center. The hotel features 2 restaurants, 1 Cafe. Free Wi-Fi is available in guest rooms and the lobby.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the entrance is very noticeable. It's close to the Wan Chai MTR station, and there are many great restaurants nearby. We arrived a bit early, and the front desk agent, Lina Liu, kindly arranged an early check-in for us since there was a room available. After dropping off our luggage, we were able to go out and explore right away. She also gave each of us a canvas bag; her service was warm and attentive. The room itself was great – clean, tidy, and bright, with disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste provided. As someone with sleep issues, I slept soundly for ten hours. All the front desk staff were very helpful and quick to respond to any requests. There's an outdoor pool and foot bath in the side wing, which was very relaxing for a massage after a day of walking. I didn't take any pictures of the hotel, so the images are of the nearby streetscape. I'll definitely come back again.

YYas_miniThis was my second time staying at the hotel. And I was glad to see the upgraded an refreshed the towels. The hotel itself and room itself is kept well. The bathroom is clean and tidy. Only the half shower door isn’t very practical and all the water still goes out.
The rain shower was broken in my room.
The bedding was clean and comfy. But only two pillows are provided not 4. One of the towels had orange stains on it .
The cleaning could be better as I found the counter tops still stained with glass or can marks . Clearly showing the counter tops were not wiped down. The floor had hair and there was dirt in some corners.
The downside of this room is that it gets a lot of condensed. So on returning the floor would have moisture and condensation on it. It was just so annoying.
Other than that it’s in a super convenient location.
GGuest UserThis hotel definitely exceeded my expectations! For a price over HKD 1,000, I was expecting a tiny room in Hong Kong, but to my surprise, it was a suite. It had a living room with a sofa, coffee table, and dining table, and the bedroom had a super large bed. Plus, all the details in the bathroom were very clean.
The hotel staff were very nice, and their Mandarin was good. Breakfast was semi-buffet style, where you could order one set meal, and all four I tried were delicious. You could even see parrots flying outside the window while having breakfast.
The biggest advantage of this hotel is its convenient location. It's about two bus stops from Admiralty Station (or walkable, really), a 200-meter walk from the Peak Tram Macdonnell Road Station, and within walking distance of Hong Kong Park and Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens. Highly recommend!
AAnonymous UserThe hotel staff were warm and professional. The front desk attendant was particularly helpful; we were a group hoping to stay on the same floor, and he really went out of his way to accommodate us. What truly stands out is finding such a reasonably priced hotel in a place like Hong Kong, where space is at a premium – it's truly a rare find! I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hong Kong. Plus, it's conveniently located right next to Tuen Mun MTR Station, which is a terminal station, making it easy to get anywhere. There's also a Light Rail stop nearby, and multiple bus routes just below the MTR station. It's convenient, affordable, and offers great value for money! 👍👍👍
Rruowen118The hotel is a bit far from popular attractions like Tsim Sha Tsui and Causeway Bay. A HKD 500 deposit is required upon check-in, and they accept RMB. There's a McDonald's, a 'cha chaan teng' (local cafe), and a convenience store nearby, so food options are pretty convenient. There's also a bus stop right outside the hotel; you can take 4 stops to reach Wong Chuk Hang MTR station. Although the room is a bit small, it's very clean. Overall, it's still quite good.
WWudaoxiaojinThe room was very satisfying, and they arranged the room type exactly as I requested. I was also able to check in early, which was great. The guy at the front desk in the morning was very polite and patient. The location is super convenient and bustling, with plenty of options for food, drinks, and entertainment. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hong Kong.

We had a great stay at Venetian Hostel in Tsim Sha Tsui! The location is honestly one of the best things about it — it’s right in the center of everything in TST. There are so many food places just outside the building, so finding something to eat was never a problem.
The MTR is also very convenient, only about a 2-minute walk from TST Station Exit D2, which made commuting around Hong Kong super easy. If you’re coming from the airport by bus, you can simply stop at bus stop #14 (Mirador Mansion), which is very close to the hostel.
Another thing we appreciated was the housekeeping. They collect the trash every day, so when we came back our bins were already clean. They also changed our bedsheets and towels even though we didn’t request it, which was a really nice touch.
Just a small tip: they sometimes offer room upgrades when you arrive, but you can always say NO if you want to stick with your budget.
We stayed on the 13th floor, and that floor has a free water refilling station (which the other floors don’t have), so that was a big plus for us.
The only downside is that the elevator in the building can be very slow, especially during busy hours. But overall, the stay was comfortable, clean, and very convenient. Great option if you’re looking for a budget place in TST!
KKKingThe hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Prince Edward MTR Station. The lobby is on the third floor. The room size is decent; I could open my 26-inch suitcase flat. The bedding was quite clean and tidy, and the washroom area had a good wet/dry separation. As is common in Hong Kong, disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, and slippers are not provided, so remember to bring your own.
BbeibeiloveseaComing to Hong Kong this time, I searched for many hotels on Trip.com, but most rooms were tiny and the facilities were outdated. I finally decided to stay at the Best Western Plus Hotel Hong Kong, and as soon as I entered, I was blown away by the sea-view room on the first floor with a large balcony! Stepping out, you're greeted by an endless expanse of clear blue sea – the view is absolutely stunning! 🌊
At night, I enjoyed the sea breeze on the balcony, watching the starry sky, eating fruit, and having drinks. It was so relaxing I didn't want to leave. Getting around from the hotel is super convenient; there's a free shuttle bus directly to the MTR station, making it easy to go shopping, explore, and try out all the amazing local food.
The buffet breakfast was a bit simple, so don't have high expectations. Once you're near the MTR station, there are so many Hong Kong delicacies that you'll wish you had more stomachs to try them all.
The hotel offers a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle, with a healing sea view and excellent value for money. The experience was fantastic, and it's definitely on my must-stay list for my next visit to Hong Kong. I'll definitely be back!
CCheburekThe location of the hotel is great and i generally liked the old but well maintained building. General vibe is cozy and i had a terrace with the view to the inner yard. Check in and check out was easy, but you need to check the check in instructions when booking (next building)
The room was very small had some food smells coming in during the day time since it was facing the courtyard. The room was clean however with some dust behind the tv.
The room was not as expensive as in most hotels, especially in the area, so i think for 1 or 2 nights this hotel is fine.
RRyonChenThe location is super convenient, with direct subway access. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making me feel right at home. While the room wasn't huge, it was clean and comfortable, and the sea view from my room was spectacular. Overall, it's great value for money, perfect for business trips or short getaways. I'd definitely consider staying here again.
