Tess TyWan Chai district is super convenient, lots of local and international cuisine. Hotel is located 5mins walk from various entry points to MTR station. Beds are firm and comfortable, provided two pillow types - soft and firm. Sufficient luggage space. Clean bathrooms, supplied thick, fluffy towels, cans of water and toothbrushes. Glass door to bathroom has no lock and the glass feels slightly translucent when light is switched on. Housekeeper does brilliant job maintaining the cleanliness and is friendly. Check-in service is effortless and efficient.

Anonymous UserIt’s my second time at this hotel, I’m glad they renovated, not that the first time around was any bad but it’s a dated hotel so renovating it gave the room brighter lights. This time around we were given a bigger room. I could easily open up 3 luggages at one time. Hotel is very near the train station and there are plenty of bus stops that goes to the main attractions right outside. Walk about 5-10 minutes and there are plenty of good restaurants / cha sats to dine at. Overall I really enjoyed

Anonymous UserWe stayed at WAKE Concept Hotel for one night in a Standard Queen Room. We already knew the room would be small, so we didn’t have very high expectations. We only brought backpacks for this trip, which turned out to be a good choice because there is really no space for luggage in this room. If you’re booking the Standard Queen Room, I would recommend bringing a backpack or a small carry-on at most.
Unfortunately, cleanliness was one of the biggest issues for us. I could see quite a bit of dust and some hairs that had not been properly cleaned. The room also felt like it was not very well maintained.
The bathroom is extremely small, and when you shower, water will almost certainly splash into the toilet bowl area. The toilet flush was also not very strong, so we sometimes had to flush twice.
The bed was another downside for me. It was quite hard, and unfortunately, I didn’t have a very good sleep that night.
On the positive side, the location is very convenient. The hotel is close to Yau Ma Tei MTR station, and there are plenty of eateries, shops and convenience stores within walking distance. Another big plus is that there is a direct Airport Bus A21 that stops near the hotel, which makes getting to and from the airport very convenient.
Since we were only staying for one night and the small room was already within our expectations, we were still okay with the overall experience. However, if I were staying for a few nights or longer, personally, I would not choose this hotel again.
Overall, I would say this hotel is more suitable for a very short stay, especially if you are travelling light and mainly looking for a convenient location.

This hotel experience exceeded my expectations! The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was so soft that I slept exceptionally well. The bathroom had no unpleasant odors. The front desk staff were all very warm and attentive, making the check-in process efficient. The location is a huge plus; Victoria Park and the Hong Kong Central Library are right outside, and it's very close to the bustling Causeway Bay shopping district, making dining, strolling, and shopping super convenient. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit!

Guest UserLocated in the Aberdeen area, it's a bit far from the MTR station, but thankfully Hong Kong's double-decker buses are very convenient, with many bus routes right outside. For Hong Kong, it offers good value for money, and the room isn't particularly small by HK standards, though if I had brought a large suitcase, opening it might have been a bit of a squeeze.
I stayed on a higher floor, and the overall environment was quite quiet. A HKD 500 deposit is required, either cash or credit card. The basic room type wasn't available, so I got the sea-view double room I booked. You can indeed see the sea... but there's not much to look at.

Anonymous UserStaying at Dorsett Wanchai was a great experience, with the most memorable aspect being its convenient location. It's really easy to get to both Wanchai and Causeway Bay from here, and there are tons of dining options and transport links nearby. The hotel itself is comfortable and clean, and the room was quite cozy to stay in. The staff were friendly and always willing to help when I had questions. Even though it's in the city center, I felt a sense of peace and relaxation when I returned to the hotel. After a few days, I really started to enjoy the rhythm of exploring Hong Kong during the day and then coming back to the hotel to rest in the evenings. Overall, I was satisfied with the location, service, and the entire stay – it was a very pleasant accommodation experience.

The stay at Venetian Hostel was a good one. Surprising at first if you are from the west due to it's location, but equally super interesting and an authentic experience of Hong Kong. The rooms were small, but no one is expecting luxury at such a price, clean, the AC worked well (which is a must in such a hot place) and the reception was very helpful. The roof of the building also makes for a pretty cool hang out spot if you can manage the heat.

LockalockOn the ground floor, there were quite a few foreigners, seemingly all exchanging currency. The hotel is located in Block B, so you need to walk further inside and take the elevator. It's quite close to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station Exit N5. Right outside the building, there's an international mall, which is convenient for shopping. However, the fan inside was quite noisy, and the air conditioning wasn't really on. The overall hygiene of the building seemed just okay. The front desk staff were very nice and showed me how to use the key card access. A thoughtful touch was that they provided an adapter, as mainland Chinese and Hong Kong sockets are different.

Guest UserThe environment here is fantastic, and the facilities are all very well-equipped. The service is also excellent; every day, the staff greeted us with a smile and were very attentive. It's not too far from Disney, which is very convenient. And especially the hotel's view!!! It's absolutely stunning.

Guest UserThis hotel, nestled in the bustling Yau Ma Tei district of Kowloon, truly embodies the advantage of a prime, 'every inch counts' location. Although on the first floor, the public lounge area is thoughtfully designed. During off-peak hours, the occasional chatter from outside adds a touch of lively local flavor, making it feel wonderfully vibrant. There's no in-room direct drinking water, but the supermarket downstairs is just a stone's throw away, making resupply incredibly convenient. The room layout is ingeniously compact, with every bit of space utilized perfectly, making it an efficient and practical urban dwelling choice.
