"I came to Shenzhen for some business, and the hotel's location is excellent, about a 5-minute walk from Guomao subway station. The room was clean and tidy, and despite being in a bustling area, it was quiet. There are many small eateries downstairs. The room isn't very big, but the price was right. However, having only one power outlet in the room was a bit inconvenient; we had to take turns charging our devices. Since it was a weekend, there might have been more people, and with only one elevator in the entire hotel, we had to wait a while to go up or down."

"The hotel's location is super convenient, close to the subway station, making it really easy to get around. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable, making it feel just like home. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, especially the front desk receptionists who always greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome. The hotel also offers a free breakfast with a good variety of options and decent taste. The only downside is that the soundproofing in the room isn't great; you can hear noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time."

"I only stayed one night, and perhaps because the hotel is a bit old, I noticed some wear and tear around the sink and bathtub. I'm not a big fan of this hotel's design. There was a stool placed unnecessarily close to the bed, making it hard to get out, which felt pointless. The bathroom was the most alarming part; the design is truly impractical. The shower glass door is too big, tall, and heavy. The shower and toilet are too close together, and the handle for the glass door is tiny and requires an inward pull. I honestly struggled to open it and almost couldn't. I was quite scared at the moment, thinking I might get trapped, and wondered how I would call for help. The window was also a fake one."

"Super impressed with how clean and high technology this hotel is! I love how everything in the room is smart, lovely xiao du can help control the ac, lights and curtain. There is also heated clothes rack in the toilet so if u handwash anything, it can hung there and dries super crisp well! Hotel staff was also super friendly and nice, helped to key in address for ******* delivery - which had robot to deliver to room as well. Location is very ideal for us as 1st timers in shenzhen cos guomao is on the same train line as many other must go malls in shenzhen. There are many eateries and interesting shops near the hotel too. I would definitely stay at mien bias again if I'm back at shenzhen!"

"This hotel is very close to Luohu Port and the Line 9 and Line 1 subway stations, making transportation super convenient. The room was cleaned quite well, and they even provide disposable bath liners if you want to use the bathtub. For this price, getting a room with a bathtub and floor-to-ceiling windows, where you can soak and enjoy the night view, is truly excellent value for money."
