"Out of all the hotels I've stayed at in Hong Kong, this one is by far the most satisfying, and the price was also very reasonable. For a hotel of similar quality and a better location, you'd definitely pay over a thousand (HKD). The beds were super comfortable; they were two 1.2-meter beds, each with two pillows, and felt larger than beds in the city center, making for a very comfortable sleep! It's also very close to the MTR station and a shopping mall, which is incredibly convenient! For Hong Kong, this room is quite spacious. The pool water was very clean. We stayed for three days and two nights, and there's a bus right outside the hotel that goes to Repulse Bay, which perfectly met our vacation needs; the kids absolutely loved it. There were two lifeguards watching the pool, giving us a great sense of security. Here's a small detail: one day, it was windy while we were swimming, and my child accidentally threw a swim ring downstairs. A hotel staff member immediately went down to retrieve it, and the manager even patted off some dust from the swim ring, concerned it might be dirty. Even though my child was at fault, the hotel's understanding and helpfulness were remarkable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for future vacations in Hong Kong."

"The Yagao Hotel in Hong Kong boasts a simple yet stylish architectural design. The lobby, front desk, restaurant, and customer service staff were all polite and attentive. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, and the double bathrooms were especially convenient for our family trip. The hotel also provided complimentary drinks in the room. Any issues we encountered were promptly resolved with a phone call for assistance. All in all, it was a fantastic stay for our family, and we were very satisfied."

"Based on my experience of having traveled to over 40 countries and stayed in the top family-friendly hotels in Hong Kong, this hotel is definitely worth recommending. The room is very spacious, and you can see the sea and ships from the bed. Most importantly, Jimmy at the front desk deserves a special shout-out; his service attitude was excellent. I originally planned to stay for just one night, but ended up extending my stay by two more nights, all thanks to his comprehensive and friendly service. The swimming pool is large, and the breakfast is abundant, offering better value for money than other hotels."

"I am here for business for a few days , the facility is pretty good with self laundry plus a common kitchen, microwave in the room is very handy but no plates and cutlery only one spoon if only you provide one set of knife spoon fork and chopsticks plus detergent it would be nice as a service apartment! The place is very near Wong Chk Hang mtr station only a few minutes walk ! Price is reasonable for daily housecleaning, I would definitely recommend this to friends and family! My room is very quiet and clean!"

"Stayed during the weekend to save on the the higher rates in Central / Sheung Wan. The room was VERY small but quite functional. The bathroom is well equipped. Location is relatively convenient, far end of the island, but right on the MTR, ten minutes away from the Admiralty. The only issue I experienced was the lack of the chair in the room. There's a tiny desk which could use a folding chair a small stool under it."

"I was pleasantly surprised by this establishment , as it’s non very well known and did not feature in my mind as a hotel. The spacious room I had booked had 2 double beds , on a high floor with a beautiful walk in shower. The smart tv and wifi is great and I could easily connect with my favourite programmes. Supermarkets and local restaurants are within 2 mins walk and bus stops connecting one to rest of Hong Kong makes it relatively easily to get around . I also made use of their 24 hr self service laundry which was great."

"This time, I chose the Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott Hotel, and it definitely exceeded my expectations! 👍 The hotel is directly connected to Ocean Park, which made visiting the park incredibly convenient. Whenever we got tired, we could easily return to the hotel to rest. The 16-meter-high cylindrical fish tank in the lobby is a unique feature and makes for fantastic photos. The guest rooms are decorated in a simple yet elegant style, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The bedding was comfortable, and taking a bath in the tub was wonderfully relaxing. The outdoor lagoon pool has a beautiful setting and even a dedicated children's area, so there's no shortage of things to do for kids. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, offering both Chinese and Western options. The front desk and service staff were all warm, polite, and responsive. Away from the city's hustle and bustle, it's quiet and pleasant – perfect for family trips or a relaxing vacation. I highly recommend it!"

"Our second visit here... If your check-in is delayed (mine was by an hour), stay calm—staff are attentive, but sometimes busy. Light still creeps in through the blinds, so bring a sleep mask if you need total darkness (staff suggested, though personally an uncomfortable option for me). Housekeeping is helpful, but if you're not happy with your room (like I wasn't), push for a change at reception. It may take patience and persistence, but the second room was way better, though be sure to check cleanliness—my new toilet still had some stray hairs. Cooking facilities on every floor—shop locally, eat cheaply! Quick access to nearby stores and local eateries. Self-service laundry for longer stays. Cozy common area to relax and mingle."

"The location is absolutely perfect and made it so easy to go to Aberdeen (香港仔)! The room decor is really lovely and the bed is very comfortable.However, the pillow was a bit too flat for my liking. Also, the room felt very cold because the AC wind was way too strong—even after adjusting the temperature, the airflow didn't slow down. Overall a good stay, but the room temperature and pillows could be improved!"

"I cannot recommend this hotel enough, but the true highlight of our stay was the incredible service from Jennie and Christopher at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel like VIPs. Christopher checked us in with a warm smile and incredible efficiency. He took the time to explain the hotel amenities and gave us fantastic local recommendations that we wouldn't have found on our own. His genuine enthusiasm for the city was contagious! Jennie was equally amazing. She went above and beyond to help us with a special request regarding our room and even remembered our names whenever we passed by the lobby. Her professionalism and kindness truly made our stay memorable. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located—but it’s the staff that make a place feel like home. Thanks to Jennie and Christopher, this was one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. We will definitely be back!"
