Furniture was nice and sturdy, looked new.
Cleaning was impeccable.
We really enjoyed our stay.
The TV was nice and modern with streaming services.
The location was very convenient, lots of shops around.
The washing machine and cutlery were nice and clean.
Only negative was night club sounds can be heard on some nights."

"The location near Milimewah Supermarket & Kopitiam restaurant, but a bit far from terminal ferry. The reception counter old women & old man was friendly & recommended good foods to us. The air con really not cold, no hair dryer, soap given smaller. Hotel quite old, no renovation."

Was a trouble free stay. Very practical and clean.
Banquet and function was well handled and credit to Rachel for running the banquet smoothly.
Establishment is near local Indian eateries so easy to pop out for a quick late night bite or drink."

AAZIZI ZMy stay at Tiara Labuan Hotel was fantastic. The staff were welcoming and efficient during check-in. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a beautiful view. The hotel facilities, including the gym and swimming pool, were well-maintained. Dining options were excellent, with delicious dishes available. Overall, a highly satisfying experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a great stay in Labuan.

The exterior design is beautiful and the name is also high-end, but it may be because of the long history of the hotel, the facilities need to be updated. AAnonymous UserThe front desk is nice and helpful, and any questions will be answered positively. Hotel location is also good, very close to the ferry, surrounded by restaurants, duty-free shops. We went on weekends, so there is a morning market, selling fruits, flowers, local food and clothes, etc. I don't know if there are any on weekdays. In short, it is recommended to stay and the price is right.
A good hotel that worth to try, that's all.

AAilyThis is the second time I came here to stay, and I was given the same room. I was disappointed that the bathroom door in the room was broken and still not changed. If you push hard, the whole door will fall off🤦♀️ and the water hose next to the toilet wall fell off last time Yes, I still haven’t changed it this time, I’m a little disappointed, but the location of the hotel is very good, there are many gourmet restaurants nearby, and there are also many snack bars, so eating won’t make you a headache😊
