AAnonymous UserThe location is convenient and the facilities are generally good. However, there were a few issues that affected our stay. The property was mentioned by owner as having 4 rooms, but one of the rooms was being used as a storeroom, leaving only 3 usable rooms.
The biggest disappointment was the extremely low water pressure. Showering was quite difficult and uncomfortable due to the weak water flow.
Overall, the place has good potential because of its location and facilities, but the room arrangement and water pressure issues need improvement to provide a better guest experience.

SStarZy7This hotel is better than other boutique hotel in Labuan. The room is clean and convenient. Not really a sound proof hotel and slightly noisy. But music will make it ok.
