GGuest UserAn expensive option with no parking & no breakfast, and disinterested staff who seem to be more preoccupied with their own personal affairs rather than guests.
This could be a much better hotel if the staff were at least mildly interested in their jobs rather than cancelling breakfast in the price!!!

GGuest UserEl apartamento estuvo muy bien limpio y con una pequeña piscina la recepcionista fue muy servicial y maja y el apartamento totalmente equipado lo peor igual es que a Santa Cruz o Fuencaliente hay bastante distancia aunque tiene una línea de bus que te lleva al aeropuerto y la capital

DDuronRelatively close to the city center and bus station (10 minutes walk), but need to climb going to the hotel. The staff helpfull. Very spacious, clean apartaments and bathroom as well. Equipped with portable air conditioner and nice, stylish furniture. Excellent breakfast with variety of hot dishes!
What is bad in my opinion: ground floor apartament without balcony with view to the very close rock wall and street. No soundproofing at all. You can hear all the conversations from the main hall and reception. What was the worst, the street is by the wall of the apartament and without soundproofing windows you hear all the cars passing by. For light sleepers (like me) it is not a good place to have comfortable rest and sleep at night.

YYueThere was a parking lot, but the parking space was tight. I parked in the public car park opposite the hotel for two nights. Breakfast is OK, there is champagne, and the restaurant has a nice view of the sea. The room was clean and spacious, there was no elevator, but the waiter helped to bring the baggage to the room. A good value for money hotel. There is a day trip travel agent at the entrance of the hotel.
