We reserved by booking.com and because we were going to arrive late, called to confirm two bedrooms, one twin beds and one double bed. When we arrived there was only twin beds availability. The point is front desk employee was rude saying they couldn’t guarantee double beds because they are high demand, and that he didn’t know what the lady on the phone said or what we understood. In the end, the twin beds are together! The cleanness and accommodations are good and nice. This is an example of a really uncomfortable moment for the client that could easily be solved with kindness.

Struttura centralissima, praticamente attaccata alla piazza Maria Pita ed al lungomare. La camera ed il bagno erano spaziosi, puliti e comodi: peccato solo che la nostra finestra fosse su un cavedio interno.
