The open-air bath is nice, but there are no shower supplies

The room was great. It was a room where you can relax in the bath with a view. The food was fancy too. Meat dishes have a slightly strong taste... maybe because it was summer. There was a feeling that I was in a hurry, such as cooking and cleaning up, but they responded kindly.

The service was very good. When our car arrived at the parking lot, the staff came out to greet us. They helped us carry our luggage and carefully put bags on the wheels. The food is delicious. The Matsuba crab is very fresh and the arrangement is also very good. The room for dinner faces the snow view and the environment is good. It feels good to have a private bath in the room

在日本已經有入住很多溫泉旅館的經驗，這次是我其中一次最最最滿意的體驗！酒店很大很乾淨，無論是停車場、庭園、大堂、公共區域、房間，都非常寬敞，給我們一種非常舒適令人放鬆的感覺。我們訂的是一泊二食的和式房間，房內備有衛生間、沐浴室和獨立溫泉，基本上足不出房即可以享受美食和隨時隨地都能泡溫泉。由於我們入住的時候是十二月份，恰巧時令食材就是松葉蟹，整個蟹宴晚餐和早餐都非常豐富美味，兩餐都是吃到很飽很滿足。旅館職員的細心服務和耐心講解也必須表揚一番。總而言之，這個旅館值得我們強烈推薦，如果我們再來這個地方的話，也肯定會再選擇這個旅館的。

I booked a crab course for 38,000 yen, but it was below average, which was a shock. Do I need to improve the rank to eat delicious crab? I invited a dear friend because the reviews are good, so I'm a bit shocked. I'm shocked because the reviews and our impressions are so different.

There was a problem with the travel support procedure, but I contacted the travel website and was able to receive support. The room service and the staff were kind, and I used it two years ago during the same crab season, and I was a repeat customer, and I would like to use it again next year. I felt that the staff's response was important.
